The service was disgusting, the manager was a lady of Balzac's age, incompetent and ill-mannered, she talked as if I owed her something. The route was not worked out, it took twice as long to get to the destination, no one explained anything. The holiday home itself, to which the ticket was sold, was overgrown in mud, instead of a paid suite, they settled in some kind of shack with an unwashed floor and a hole in the floor instead of a shower. Shouldn't a travel agency manager know about such things?
