A spacious room. 3rd floor. View of the church. Clean, cozy. On the 6th floor there is a breakfast room with a panoramic window overlooking the Bosphorus. Colorful. Breakfast is 5 euros.
Friendly, Russian-speaking staff. Convenient location, gorgeous view of the Bosphorus from the upper floors and the dining room terrace, elevator
The cons are negligible, But what about without them?
We booked a nearby hotel in booking. The reservation was confirmed. We arrived, said that the room was occupied, tried to charge money for the room and offered to check into a nearby hotel (this one), which turned out to be 80 euros more expensive. After checking in, the booking number hung as free.
Most likely, these two hotels operate according to this scheme.
A great place, only pleasant memories remain. The rooms are a little "tired", small, starting from the 4th floor there is a great view of the Bosphorus. But if you did not come to live in a room, this is not the main thing, but the main thing is:
* your rooftop cafe with a wonderful view of the city, even when it is already open, you can come here in the evening with your mug of hot tea, and enjoy the view of the night city, a good view, good memories.
* breakfast - be sure to take it, they are hearty and delicious, and of course with a great view of the city, (cafe from the previous paragraph).
* the location is very good, all the sights are within walking distance, a little upstairs there is a tram stop for all the necessary places, relatively nearby there is a metro, down the street there is a good place for dinner NASIP ET KEBAP
* There are few staff. Everyone I've talked to is wonderful and kind people. The client's problem is solved as their own. 6 stars out of 5.
Oh yes, and the transfer they refused is cheaper than we ordered from the company.
Friendly staff, there is a Russian-speaking manager. He will tell you everything and prompt you. Great view from the terrace, the Bosphorus and the Greek Church, good breakfasts. The rooms are clean, there is a kettle and cups. Cleaning can be done daily, as requested. A steep uphill climb to the tram stop, but if you go up to the center a couple of blocks to the right or left of the hotel, it's not so cool)) The main sights and Sofia are 20 minutes away on foot, slowly.
Hotel
At its own level...
it is in the middle of the epicenter... Narrow streets - mixed people horses (iron and two-wheeled)... The textile district, everyone carries something, sells, cafes, shoes, sewing workshops ...
If you go uphill, then walk 15 minutes to the Grand Bazaar and there is Istanbul University a little further, and after it the Suleymaniye Mosque.
If you go down a little, then 20 minutes to the Sultanahmet and Hagia Sophia Mosques. I went there late in the evening... I didn't get to Topkapi.
The hotel itself is simple. The numbers are small and cramped. On the 5th floor and the terrace there is a beautiful view of the roofs, the bay and the mosque-church...
The breakfasts are hearty, scrambled eggs, delicious cheeses (several varieties), sausage, vegetables, olives. Tea or coffee, honey. This is a mini Turkish breakfast.
The staff is courteous, smiling, responsive. There is a polyglot Lazis at the reception, speaks all languages
You can order a PCR test and transfer to the airport at the hotel ...
In general, the impressions are positive👍
A pleasant hotel with an excellent terrace and a view of the Greek Orthodox Church. Nice friendly staff. But the area around is very poor, it is not very pleasant to walk around it, but you immerse yourself in the life of ordinary Turks. To walk to the center, you will need to climb a steep hill. In general, for those who like it cheaper, but so that it is pleasant inside, they are not afraid of physical education and are ready to live in an environment of reality, not varnishing.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Grand Bazaar, tram stop, metro stop and all the main attractions, although you need to walk to them in about 10 minutes. As for the hotel itself, it is very simple, the breakfasts are monotonous and not very tasty. At the same time, they were not hungry. Cleaning was carried out daily, at our urgent request. The staff is friendly and ready to help resolve any issue. The ratio of price, location and quality is consistent. We only came to spend the night, so we made our choice in favor of this modest hotel.I read in some reviews that the terrace offers a magnificent view of the Bosphorus, I'm ready to bet with that.... there is no view as such.Mostly on the roofs and only, somewhere in the distance, a strip of water.
We had a rest in January 2020 for 4 days. I liked the hotel very much, you definitely won't starve to death. The rooms are good, the main thing was heating and hot water. I will be happy to recommend this hotel to my friends. The sights are nearby, we walked.

There are bedbugs in room 501!!! There is mold in room 301-302. The audibility is terrible. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I booked through booking.
The location is unfortunate, you need to go to the subway to a very high mountain. The area is not touristic, walking in the evening is not comfortable. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable enough, but not for 5. Next time I won't stop there, I'll choose another one

I was at this hotel at the end of November 2020 for just one day. The man from the reception desk, instead of being polite, began to openly molest me((
I explained that I was checking in myself, but my man would come here after work. The room was for two. I paid 180 liras in advance. But when my friend arrived, he was not allowed in until I paid another accommodation price, that is, another 180 liras!!! It's not pleasant... We didn't go to breakfast, we left this terrible place at 7 a.m.
The photo is a room with a sea view... 🤦🏼♀️
Conveniently located, an hour's drive to the airport,20-40 minutes on foot to the main attractions, plus a gorgeous view of the Bosphorus from the highway during breakfast. The area itself is stremnovaty, the area of shoemakers. The hotel is very tired, you can hear perfectly well what the neighbors are doing
