I was looking for a delicious barbecue. There is such a delicious lamb loin here that, discarding all manners, I ate it with my hands, gnawing on the ruddy bones.
The only thing (but this is typical for the entire cuisine of Uzbekistan due to the hot climate), please, a little less salt in the kebabs!
Tomato salad is ordinary, it can be improved: cut thinner, and a little more raichon, especially green.

Perhaps once it was a good place for everyday and sometimes festive feasts, but now it's a shame to bring anyone here.
We waited 30 minutes for the menu to be brought to us, then 15 minutes for us to order something, and then we were asked to move at all, since the table turned out to be booked. The result is that we left this place hungry and upset.

The entrance and passage seem to go through all the tables, and it feels like someone is constantly walking back and forth. During rush hour, the staff is slow, there is no hurry, much of the menu was missing. Having booked a table, upon arrival at the place, we also managed to hear - you are lucky to be sitting here. As a result, they got up and left. There are a lot of staff, but there is no one to serve properly. There is no atmosphere of comfort.

The very location of the restaurant is gorgeous. Especially the tables by the river. Chilly.
But the kitchen is 3+. Shish kebab is only chicken more or less, beef will not do. Salads are about nothing.
I also rate the service at 3 points. The guys are trying, but they are not enough physically.
Separately, I would like to note the Shymkent beer is good.
And yes, the restaurant is not cheap.
P.S. I appeal to the management of the institution - find normal chefs, and you will definitely not have free places. And stop saving on waiters, you raise prices, be kind enough to hire 10 more people.

An authentic place. There was a problem with booking a table, we booked on the eve of arrival, for 16 people. On the appointed day, the hostess found our reservation, but the table was occupied. 40 minutes of waiting and the issue was resolved, for which we are grateful to the manager. We ate a very tasty barbecue, and not very tasty salads. We were impressed by the large area of the restaurant, which influenced the speed of service. The institution itself is located right on the river, the noise of the water and the fountain have a positive effect on the atmosphere in the institution.

The place is very beautiful, the staff is just terrible. We ordered a dish, 1.5 hours later the waiter came and said that there was no dish. All other orders were carried sooooo long. We ordered compote, 30 minutes later, when we asked where it was, the waiter said that there was no compote. You won't call the waiter, he doesn't listen to the order, he immediately runs away. We are extremely disappointed, we are unlikely to come here again.
