The staff not polite, by entering we wait a long, no one try to say is there any free table, I tried to spoke with manager or some of the stuff, without any result))), we found one and take sit, after a few minutes come manager with arguing manner, and offer wait 20 minutes,
Maybe the cuisine is good in restaurant, but the staff is 👎👎👎👎👎.

Excellent Georgian cuisine restaurant
with delicious khinkali!
The restaurant is quite large, there are two halls inside and a veranda.
Such an interesting, completely wooden interior.
According to the menu, I tried classic and fried khinkali (I don't really like fried in general, but they were delicious), classic — delicious!!! Thin dough, and proven tails - what you can and want to eat :)
I tried homemade semi-sweet red wine, which is also delicious.
By prices, ₽₽-₽₽₽.
In my opinion, the cheapest Khinkali is here (at least at the time of the visit)
The staff is very friendly and competent)

Ooooh, this is a great place. The prices are reasonable, but not cheap. But it's worth it: amazingly delicious dishes, customer-oriented staff, national music, appropriate interior. You are really going on a gastronomic trip to Georgia. This is the best restaurant in Batumi that my family has visited.

We came in the morning, served quickly. The portion of kharcho is huge, everything is delicious, the wine is its own. 4 I bet only for the fact that I learned about 12% of the service fee from the reviews
Upd after a few days of visiting different restaurants in Batumi, we returned and returned here. As practice has shown, the collection service is available in 99% of restaurants, but there are really huge portions and fast service. The restaurant is very much loved by the locals, and that says a lot

Well, they came, the whole family, on the recommendation of a friend, lamb – roast with potatoes, potatoes are much more than meat, lamb kebab – they took it for free, it was impossible to chew, they brought chicken instead, soft but not very tasty, dry white wine only in bottles, they took tsinandali, 35 lari, suluguni on ketsi is melted cheese, Ajarian khachapuri was taken large, 17 lari, good, liked, French fries are good, barabulka is a small portion, good, phali assorted – carrots and beets – with fibers, green – very tender, good. There was an incident when my husband doubted what kind of meat was in the roast, asked a young waiter about it, noted in conversation that he was also Georgian, since the waiter entered into a dialogue very emotionally from the very beginning, it was a bit strange, he replied as a result: "I don't care who you are." After that, another waiter came up, he was already serving us. The first time I met such outright rudeness from the service staff, there was no rudeness on our part, especially poking. If our parents and the child were not sitting next to each other, of course, I would have worried there properly, I would have written a complaint to the administration. Shame on you! As I see it, 15 were included in the bill! They took 259 percent of the tip, in the amount of 225 lari.

The service is all fine, the menu has the name of the dishes in Russian (without pictures and descriptions ) the dishes were brought quickly enough and from the good, everything in Batumi has been almost a week and we have already figured out what and how the restaurant is not bad according to the rating, but in fact I ordered satsivi with chicken (30+ LAR per serving) it was the first my acquaintance with this dish is now and I don't know if it's worth trying further. the portion is huge, there are few bones, a lot of sauce in which it was all bland and not tasty, my wife took a branded salad (I don't remember the name), I finished it, she didn't like it (for me, the usual mayonnaise with walnuts and chicken)the latte is ordinary, and the same homemade lemonade (it seemed to me similar to a non - alcoholic mojito , the taste of syrup prevailed , I do not recommend the institution , maybe certain positions are good here and we were just unlucky, but I would not give 75 GEL for such a thing , by the way, two meters from the neighboring institution, it is tastier and cheaper for us at times They don't have children's chairs.

The food itself is not bad, the price tag can be lower, but that's not the main thing. It was a shame when the waiter couldn't offer us an adequate dish for beer. They asked for a kind of ketchup with pork, only not with so much meat, but just as an appetizer. The waiter, seeing that we were stray birds, offered to suit his taste.... soup with herbs and pieces of meat… Unfortunately, I do not know the name of this dish, but we were stunned when we brought the plate)) Beer soup is a direct claim to success… In general, there is something to work on) But in general, I can't say that the place is bad.

I met a nice guy, escorted him to a table, handed him over to the waiter. She turned out to be a very rude girl, couldn't listen to the order to the end, constantly ran away somewhere with every question I asked. She answered rudely. I'm just shocked by this attitude towards the guests. Every time I went to the bar and ordered more drinks, salads, because the waiter did not stop at the table for a second. The food was delicious, but the service is sooo lame.

I liked everything about this place, the food, the service, and the interior. To begin with, we entered this place completely by accident, went to another institution, but decided to stay here because there were quite a lot of people, decided to check and were not mistaken. The menu was brought immediately, the order was also taken quickly and the dishes were brought within 10-15 minutes, which is rare in large establishments and not only in large ones. Absolutely no complaints, everything is very tasty, the portions are huge, so half were taken home, the waiter brought the containers packed, by the way, the waiters speak Russian.The bottom line is this : where negative reviews come from , it is unclear who these people are who find something to complain about 🤷♀️

We have been visiting this place in Batumi for 6 years when we come and always enjoy the cuisine, especially the lamb!!! On the third visit to this institution, an egregious incident occurred. Firstly, the reserved table for 6 people was occupied by other guests right in front of us. But we were able to find a place at another table. Secondly, the order for 5 hinkals (the only order in the kitchen) was not ready after an hour. Although the other guests received the order 10 minutes later. When we warned that we were going to leave and the Khinkali was no longer relevant, the following happened. One of the waiters brings khinkali a minute later, puts it on the edge of the table and defiantly declares "take your khinkali". We said again that we were already leaving and there was no time for Khinkali. This was followed by an extremely aggressive reaction from the waiter who brought the order and the waiter accepting the order. The discussion of the problem led to threats of violence… There was aggression towards me (I'm a girl) too. This is outrageous! I have never been in such situations before and have not experienced rudeness and aggression. Shock. Thank you to the manager for apologizing for the situation, but that's not enough. The boorish waiters did not apologize to me for disrespectful behavior. I feel insulted, so I'm writing a negative review here.
Let the food be delicious in this restaurant, but such an attitude spoils the whole impression. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

We went to have dinner at the Sazandari restaurant today. We ordered Shkmaruli with chicken, but they brought it with an old chicken that was not possible to eat and had an unpleasant smell and was too tough. Besides the fact that the waiter made a mistake with the order, they also assured that everything was fresh!? Although it was not possible to eat this dish at all! Also, such arrogant and the Receptionist is not a pleasant woman, they started arguing with me and claiming that everything is fine with us, you have to pay for the food that we ordered!!??
In general, in the end I paid for everything, but I left this place with disappointment!!!
I do not recommend entering this object called Sazandari!

In fact, the restaurant doesn't even deserve a unit. It is unclear where the rating is higher than 4. This is the bottom. My husband and I came to dinner, we were both very hungry. At the entrance, a young man politely offered to choose a table, we chose, a fat old man at the next table said that this particular table was occupied, although there was no sign with a reserve on it. We sat down at another table, brought the menu: shabby, the prices are written in pen. Immediately: 12% service fee. The menu is large, there is a Russian translation, but it doesn't make any sense that it is large, because half of the dishes that you want to order are not there. I ordered mushroom soup- no, sazandari salad-no (alo, your signature salad). The waiter recommended to take sadat, I don't remember the name exactly, but according to him, it is very tasty, also their "signature". I clarified the refueling: mayonnaise, the waiter said: "I can pass it to the kitchen, they will make it with sour cream." I was delighted, I ordered it. The husband took the satsivi. I ate this dish and I really liked it, so I told him to try it too, that it was very tasty. The drinks included lattes and branded lemonade, as recommended by the same waiter. So: the salad was brought first. I try: the obvious taste of mayonnaise, although sour cream was promised. The salad itself is just not delicious.
Then coffee and lemonade. Not a delicious bitter coffee (latte), the branded lemonade was like ordinary water without gas with syrups and mint branches. Just very sweet iced water. And the cherry on the cake: satsivi. It's such a, sorry, puke. It 's disgustingly simple . Hot pieces of chicken (wings, leg, and some other bones) left the satsivi in the cold sauce. It's not satsivi, it's a viscous, tasteless goo that you can't eat.The bread wasn't delicious either.
The portions are large. Not tasty, but big.
The bill came out to 75 lari (2300r). You won't want to give 100 rubles for such a meal.
Disappointment in the Georgian vaunted cuisine and a spoiled evening. I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone unless you want to come out with nasty impressions. It's not tasty, period.

Having already visited many establishments in Georgia, I can say that everything is very so-so here. They sat me down at the table. We waited for 15 minutes for the menu to be brought, but we ran many times to take an order. The food is not tasty, ajakhuri ordered sadder potatoes, she did not see, she is old and as if she was reheated for the second time, the same with meat. I stayed hungry. And also the price tag is not the lowest. The chicken in the salad was also smelly. In the morning, my tummy said that I was sick. Thank them for the evening.
The hall where we were sitting smelled damp.
Of the advantages, although there was a full landing, food was still brought quickly (again, judging by the quality, it was just warmed up)

They never got to the food. We went purposefully, as the good reviews did their job. We still haven't had dinner. There is a full boarding in the hall, the waitress told us to wait as soon as the table is available (the guys have already paid off). While waiting for this particular table, the two couples who came after us sat down quite well, despite the fact that we arrived before them. The restaurant may be good, but the service leaves much to be desired.

I was in Batumi, the question arose where to eat, the main thing is delicious! And so, in search of happiness, so to speak, I stopped at this Georgian restaurant. There were a lot of them along the way, but by great chance my eyes fell on a table with khinkali, they looked so inviting that I couldn't help but stop here. I also noticed that unlike other restaurants, there were a lot of people here, especially locals. After 9 hours by car, I was incredibly hungry, thinking about Georgian food all the way. And so I hold the menu in my hands and think how not to be disappointed in the food, I was so worried about it. I ordered khachapuri in Ajarian and 5 Khinkali on trial. While waiting for the order, we managed to examine the institution itself. It is made in such cozy Georgian colors, clean, in general, I liked it. What is quite important, the waiters speak Russian, they immediately warn that they only accept "nalik". And so I waited, finally my long-awaited, hot, fragrant food was brought on a platter. I look at this beautiful khinkali, it just struck me in the heart. Every time I had lunch or dinner there, I always ordered khinkali at an increase of 5.8, etc. Well, you understand, of course, I've tried them before, but these... are beyond praise. As the Bible says: "I did not deny myself anything and did not deprive myself of any pleasures. My heart rejoiced..." (Ecclesiastes 2:10). For me, the Georgian national food has opened up in a completely new way. For this, I would like to sincerely thank the owner of the Sazandari restaurant for being able to pick up truly professionals in their field - chefs! No matter how many times I didn't eat there, so many times I wanted to personally approach the chefs and thank them for their ability to give people pleasure. It is appropriate to say about these talented chefs that: "there is nothing better for a person than ... to enjoy their work" (the Bible). I am sure that they really enjoy their work, in this case it is impossible to cook so delicious without love for their work! This is confirmed by the fact that there are always a lot of people in this restaurant.

An atmospheric restaurant in the center of Batumi with Georgian cuisine. The food is delicious, the prices are adequate. The service is lame, we were unlucky, the waitress was inattentive, took the order and confused everything. Coffee first, we ordered cappuccino and latte, brought cappuccino and Americano. When they asked for a change, she said that the latte was over. Then, instead of one khachapuri, I brought two, ordered greens, and did not bring them, they said to deduct from the bill.
In general, if you want delicious Georgian cuisine, then you can eat, but you need to pay attention to the service.
