To terminate the contract, you must come twice on the specified days: exactly 30 days before its expiration to initiate the termination and exactly on the day the contract ends to return the equipment. If you come a day earlier, they won't do anything; if you come a day later, you'll be charged for an additional month.

We pay as much as 5,400 dinars per month under a contract for 600 MB, but in fact we don't even have 100 MB, although we asked them many times to do something about it, but they don't give a damn. When you sign the contract, be careful, ask for exactly what the speed will be, what else is included, and what services will be added to you, and when the promo package for 1 dinar ends, and how much and for how long you will then have to pay for services that do not exist
