В субботу 1 сотрудник на 5 окон в 1-ом зале. Мне нужно было заплатить гос.пошлину за пересечение границы, введенную 01 февраля. Сотрудник СБЕРА не имеет реквизитов. По предоставленным мной реквизитам платить отказывается - запрещено:)) Нужно дать шестизначный код гос.платежа, которого в системе банковского справочника нет. Зато единственный сотрудник встала из-за своего окна и пошла со мной на улицу, что бы пальцем показать направление, куда надо идти в соседний банк, где знают реквизиты. Очередь изумленно провожала нас соответствующими текстами в спину.

Администратора зала никогда нет. Пытаются втюхать не нужны ваш услуги. Вот тут у нас акция… А то что надо сказать они «забывают». Истёк срок банковской карты. Пришлось заказать другую. Открыли новый счёт,но при этом не сказали ,что старый счёт надо закрыть. Думала раз забрали карту значит и счёт автоматом закрывается. Ан нет. В следующем месяце сняли абон. плату за обслуживание карты… той которой уже нет.
Это ужас на крыльях ночи, отсидел 1.5 часа, отбегал по трем специалистам, из их первого зала во второй, стоял возле стойки пол часа, бегали, кричали, в итоге, просто не смогли сделать простую процедуру, верефикацию Youmoney, зашились, говорили всякую чушь, типа специалист это будет делать впервые, во втором зале сказали, что это не касса, гоняли, провел в этом банке два часа, в итоге сказали прийти в понедельнькик....
При маленьком наличии людей,приходиться ждать довольно таки долго.В последний раз посещения мне требовалась консультация.Простояв мин 10 консультанта я так и не увидел на своём рабочем месте....
Заходил в банк, чтобы получить средства. Кассовое обслуживание оставило только приятное впечатление. Опытный сотрудник, сразу видно, что работает уже не мало лет.
Неплохой банк, но с большими оспектами, отказалась от него, из-за того что никто не предупредил о том, что есть какие-то доп функции, обязательные к карте, за которые адо платить
Отделение российского Сбербанка удобно, что деньги можно снять с карты мир с минимальным процентом. Виртуальные карты и операции с PayPal не предусмотрено
