It often takes too long to wait in line, because there are not enough operators, especially at the ticket offices. But everything else is at a decent level.

We took the missing amount through a loan "Just online" in online banking. The conditions are good, already in May we were with the cottage. The registration was quite simple — I filled out an application, waited for the bank's response and the money was credited to the card. I regretted very much that I became a client of this bank (namely, because of the half percent lower commission for transfers )
