I switched to the Savings Card quite recently and have already managed to evaluate all the advantages. I was especially pleased with the "Thank You" loyalty program. I accumulate points quickly, and they can be spent on various pleasant little things. The application interface is intuitive. I easily track my expenses and change categories to earn points. Sberbank definitely deserves credit for such high-quality service.

I am incredibly satisfied with the level of service. There is always an opportunity to get help and advice on any issues. Employees are actively interested in whether I need help, and this creates a sense of caring and support.

The service is satisfactory, the staff is polite, but there is one PROBLEM. He changed a significant amount of debts for me, at the best exchange rate in the city... But while we were checking the bills, counting and thinking whether it was worth taking the battered ones, I changed the exchange rate at the branch to an unfavorable one for me, losing about $ 17 out of the blue. Never set foot on them again
