Bottom line: after 20 days, a letter came, saying that we did not do anything and are not obliged, deal with the person to whom you transferred the money yourself.
Question: Why couldn't you just say on the phone that we won't do anything, contact the person to whom you transferred the money yourself. Why would I say, not 1 but 2 times, that you will cancel the payment and refund the money within 14-30 days? If you weren't going to do anything? Why did I have to wait 20 days for a letter saying that you were not going to do anything? Why couldn't you have said it right away?
Conveniently located, ATMs work around the clock, it is convenient that indoors, especially in winter , the staff works quickly whenever possible, and when there were no problems.
A lame bank. Slow maintenance. However, they do it politely. Of the advantages, only one is the availability of a 24h ATM. And even then they manage to "put you in sneakers". Watch and be vigilant! Do not take receipts for the transaction if you have a card from another bank! 2 r 50 kopecks ....
They were completely arrogant and introduced a commission, but before they were the best of all, so they missed their advantage (from October 1, 2019, a commission is introduced for withdrawing foreign currency cash from Bank ATMs using cards issued by non-resident banks, the commission will be 2% of the amount withdrawn.)
