I wanted to withdraw money from the Mir card via the NFC module of the phone. An employee of the branch said that this cannot be done in their branch, their ATMs do not support Mir Pay. Apparently, in Gomel so far (today 07/22/2022) this is basically a problem. It's too bad that this is still the case. After indicating that the clause of the agreement did not comply, they began to refer to a non-existing promotion, within the framework of which this card (visa gold) was issued automatically, while the bank did not issue any publications in the media, did not post information on the website! What gives me the right to assume that the card was issued to me in violation of the law, support could not name another clause of the agreement on the basis of which the card was issued, they sent a notification that I needed to contact the section Your Opinion, I did not find this section on the site!
