And in general, there are very few ATMs in the city.
I looked in for payments , there is an electronic queue, I didn't wait long, 8... 10 minutes, the staff is adequate. There is enough space to wait, there is Parking nearby (free).

You come to this bank, there are ATMs and self-service information kiosks in the lobby. Or you take a service ticket, if you do not know which operation to choose, there is a consultant girl right next to the entrance, she will help and tell you. There are tables with workplaces of bank employees in the hall. The queue comes up, you sit down opposite and you are served, so to speak, face to face. In my opinion, the service was very slow. I was invited one at a time, and as a result, we solved the problem with the previous client for another 10 minutes. And then they served me for about 20 minutes. The disadvantage is that everyone in the hall sees and hears the entire service process. In general, see for yourself, maybe it's modern, but I don't really like it.

The buildings have been changed, the repair is good.But somehow there was no sense and there is no queue as there was and there is, everyone is sleepy, slow.
I spent an hour and a half to consult about the card. Considering that there were 2 people in front. There is one employee working on the card processing in the 6th window. The entourage goes without a queue.All the other employees just sit and watch the queue that has accumulated through the window.
