A good branch of Sberbank, polite pleasant staff with a good nervous system. Calmly incomprehensible, they explained how the Russian Sberbank differs from the Belarusian One, and that these are different things, explained why Russian non-cards and accounts do not work for me and that I will not be able to cash out my money in any way, because they do not see the system of the other side, even though the name of the bank is the same. They suggested ways out of the current situation... I was very surprised that in order to open a regular debit card (not a credit card), you first need to be approved by the security service and this procedure will take a week and after that I can only issue a guest card (it's like a regular one, but only a nominal one and is valid for 5 years), it does not have annual maintenance, but a one-time one must pay 40 rubles ( for 5 years). But these are the rules of the Republic of Belarus, not the bank. Also, if you are interested, you do not need to run around different banks and go through the security service everywhere, it is the same for all banks. I liked this department and received detailed answers to all my questions. Which was not the case in other banks of the Republic....
