The Savings Bank of Abkhazia is not the Savings Bank of Russia, do not confuse it. This is a different bank. But with all this, the minimum percentage of cash withdrawals (2%) and money is always available at the ATM (yes, most ATMs in Abkhazia do not have money!!!) It's a problem to withdraw money in Abkhazia

ATMs are not working, cash withdrawal is only through the cash register. They take commissions. The queues are very long
