I will tell you my history of interaction with the bank. I bought a car on credit. I took an impressive amount from the bank (75,000 rubles). At the very initial stage, the jokes began. It was necessary to open an account in yuan in order to transfer money to China. They told me to pay 15p for opening an account. Well, okay, I thought. It's a small thing compared to the amount of the loan. Then another $200 for currency conversion. Hmm, it's already unpleasant. And then the bank took the initiative and decided to independently pay for a car to China to a dealer's account in China, although it was originally planned to transfer funds to the account of a Belarusian dealer. And, off she went. The money did not reach China. Sanctions, they told me. Let's say, I thought. A week has passed, 2... the dealer has no money in China. They suggested that an investigation of the way of funds should be done. Okay, I thought, I came to the bank, where they stunned me: Pay, they say, 135p, and we will do it. To my reasonable question, why should I pay for the joints of the bank, I was answered - these are the rules, so everyone has. I didn't have much choice, so I paid. Another month has passed - nothing has changed, where the money is is unclear. I come to the bank, write an application for a refund, pay another 135p for it (think about it, you really need to pay for every step in the bank), leave the bank and, lo and behold, a Belarusian dealer calls and says that Chinese colleagues saw the money in their account. I was overjoyed, returned to the bank, took the application for a refund (the paid 135p was returned, thank you). But, this is not a happy ending to the story. It turned out that the money in the Chinese dealer's account was frozen and the investigation is ongoing. Another 1.5 months of waiting and, lo and behold, it was over, the Chinese dealer was able to pay for the car to the Chinese factory. What is the result. Instead of 2 months, I waited 5.5 months for a car. I did all the contract extensions myself, the bank did not move a single gram. All this time, I regularly paid the loan in larger amounts than the bank offered me and proved myself to be a decent customer. The car was planned for the birth of my son, but as a result, my son has already turned 3 months old since I received it. The customer orientation of the bank is 0. Participation in their own jamb is 0. Empathy of ordinary staff is 10 (only this, alas, is of little use). According to the results of the calculation for this loan, there is no desire to contact this bank again. Such things.
The bank's policy is simply disgusting and humiliating for the client. You can open an account/ card remotely, but you can't close it! Just go to their office with documents and waste your time, because your time is an empty place for them, especially if you are trying to part with them. Then why do you allow it to be opened remotely, what is the difference? And while you're going there, pay money for your account that you don't use, because you don't use it))) At the same time, there are few branches in the city. Never again

I put 2 points only for the fact that after 4 days, technical support told me the correct reason for canceling operations... I figured it out myself in half an hour...The reason was the poor functionality of the application.
