She came with a 2-year-old child and asked to be admitted to Laura , with an acute sore throat . The child was crying because his throat hurt . They said there was a free place in 20 minutes. I agreed to wait. I tried to calm the child by all means, but the child was scared and continued to cry. To which the woman at the reception expressed her displeasure at the crying of the child and told her to go outside with him . With a 2-year-old sick child, go outside for 20 minutes in the cold air (-5 degrees). I understand that she was bothered by crying, but I could suggest going to an empty office to wait there or find some other way. But don 't throw them out on the street . Bottom line - if you have a small child crying, then you should not go to this clinic, most likely you will be kicked out. And by the way, the reception staff is very cheerful and cheerfully discussing all the people who write negative reviews, right in front of the patients who are sitting next to them and waiting for their turn. For them, a negative review is not a reason to think about how to do their job better, but a reason to humiliate and ridicule these people. We must remember that thanks to these people who visit your clinic, you have a job and a salary. And it's worth doing your job, at least professionally.

Since birth, we have been going to the pediatrician Tatyana Vladimirovna Fedosova, a very literate woman, with both sons. I like that their treatment room is open until late, if I'm not mistaken, either until 23 or 24 hours, it's very convenient. I always do ivs only from them. I know there was a hospital at the clinic. They have recently made repairs, always clean. Ultrasound, tests, there is everything you need. Plus, we have a 10% discount there.
