The hotel has a very poor organization of space on the ground floor. The reception is located almost next to the doors and is constantly blowing and draughty. The bar is closed in the evening, only groups are ordered. From entertainment, a trip to the supermarket. The food is bad. Mashed potatoes are brewed from powder or with the addition of chemicals. If the dishes run out on the buffet, they are not updated. For example , rice and mashed potatoes were snapped up and our group 's days were not updated . Once I went to the kitchen myself, then I added potatoes. The hot dishes are tasteless and sloppily cooked and served. For example, salmon was served burnt and collapsed into a mess on a tray. The cutlets are tough as a sole and unsuitable for eating. But the main thing is not food , but the lack of a more or less comfortable space where you can sit down and spend time . The long corridors on the floors are very narrow . Of course, there are a couple of chairs and a table at the beginning and end, but no one is sitting there. People are rushing down the corridor to the elevator. Wi-Fi works according to the questionnaire and turns off in the absence of Internet access for 12 hours. This lack of space, service and general despondency, poor-quality food for breakfast and dinner make staying at the hotel sad.

A chain of hotels all over Scandinavia, we were everywhere, the service was excellent! There are no complaints.
