I liked the hotel, everything is clean and tidy, in my opinion, there are no disposable slippers in the room.Breakfast is included in the price, the food is delicious for every taste.the hotel is located in the city center, which is convenient, there are many shops, cafes and transport nearby.I recommend and will continue to stay at this hotel.
The hotels in Moscow are cooler. You will be surprised, but there was no salmon or caviar for breakfast. And the interior is so-so a la 90. It'll do for one night. The staff is on the three. They speak Russian, then they don't. The girl at the reception didn't recognize me, she set the goalkeeper on fire, he tried to kick me out while waiting for the bus to Murmansk, then they sorted it out, apologized.
Of all the hotels in the Scandik chain, this is probably the worst hotel. The described mattress. To change towels, you need to go after the maids, they do not change themselves, there is a lot of dust under the beds, the bed linen has not been changed for 5 nights. On the third day, the pool and sauna were closed, I wrote a complaint, they replied that it was very cold outside and it was expensive for them to keep the pool warm. It was warmer outside in Kirkenes at that time than in St. Petersburg. In short, the service is 0. In addition, 3 buses of guests from China were accommodated, who came to breakfast in down jackets below the knee, with a backpack on their backs and a shaggy hat on their heads. They gathered food in this form and ate themselves, placing empty glasses all over the hotel... There is nothing to eat in the restaurant... The hotel does not pull more than 2 stars
Great hotel. The breakfast is very decent. There is a Russian-speaking staff. The accommodation includes access to the spa.We were alone there. One sauna was working, the other was not. The pool is normal, you can swim.
A good hotel of this hotel chain, the room stock is better than in other cities of this hotel. Excellent restaurant on the ground floor and attentive staff throughout the hotel.
A typical 3-star hotel.
Typical rooms.
A typical breakfast.
But... a stunning view of the bay and a full guard with money.
The hotel does not accept or change Euros or Dollars under any pretext. Just the crowns.
And the nearest currency exchange to this hotel is 700 (!!!!) km away from them.
If you find yourself in such a situation, go to Pab #1. They exchange euros for crowns at a bad exchange rate. But this is at least some way out.
Dinner, by the way, was very good!
A normal hotel, the rooms are boring Scandinavian, the breakfast, the restaurant and bar area are excellent. In general, everything is fine. And special thanks for the opportunity to rent a bike for free.
