The first time I gave the Hangkai outboard motor to the Scanlink joint venture on 01/29/2021 with the problem of poor winding, I took the engine in May 2021, all this time I was told that there were no spare parts, but some managers said that it had not yet been inspected. As a result, I took the engine without knowing what was wrong with it. On the very first fishing trip, the engine completely stopped starting, I took it back to them for repair, thinking that they might still have disassembled it and examined it and might suspect what the reason was. I gave it back and was told that they would call in a week and a half, but I did not wait for the call, called two weeks later, they told me that they had not yet examined it and would look at it the next day. I called a week later and they tell me the same thing, due to the heavy load, they can't make a diagnosis. I believe that this company just breeds people, well, or they take expensive things for repair, and leave the cheap ones for later, and in such a way that the client is brought to hysterics...

In May 2020, I purchased a HONDA lawn mower and during operation a small problem was revealed, namely, the wheel was wedged when moving backwards. I understood that this was not difficult, but since the unit had a 12-month warranty, I decided not to disassemble anything myself, but to contact the warranty workshop. Scanlink Joint Venture-LLC was the official place for warranty repair of my HONDA lawn mower. We agreed on the phone that the mower should be brought and left for repair. I did so through a courier. They soon contacted me and told me that they had sorted out the wheel and offered to do maintenance. Namely, sharpen the knives, change the air filter and oil. I immediately agreed to replace the filter and sharpen the knives, and at the other end of the wire they said OK. After hanging up the phone, I thought that I could do these works on my own and called the service back after 6-7 minutes, asking not to carry out any additional work, to which they replied well, we will not do anything additional. However, after 2 minutes they called me back again and said that the master had already sharpened the knife, and I owed 20 rubles. How come it happened in 5 minutes??? When the mower was brought, after examining the air filter, I was stunned that it turned out to be clean as new. Why was I offered to change it??? In general, it seemed that the guys were not averse to making money. I advise you to evaluate all components and consumables before transferring them to repair equipment, so that you do not get divorced like me.

The seller in the store strongly recommended buying this particular trimmer, initially the budget was larger, but after comparing the quality of performance with the Husqvarna 128R, the choice fell on the Hitachi CG27EC. Firstly, Hitachi is lighter by almost 1 kg, this is very noticeable, secondly, Hitachi has a shock absorber, there are much fewer vibrations on the handle when it is wound up. The price is also almost 20% lower, I think this is important. As a result, I am 100% satisfied with the purchase.
