After reading the reviews, I was preparing for the worst. And everything went very well. 3 flights: St. Petersburg- Astana, Astana - Almaty and Almaty - Moscow went well. The food on international flights is great! Even Aeroflot is more modest. There were new planes on two flights, and on the last flight, unfortunately, an old plane came across. It was very stuffy (there was also only one flight delay from Astana to Almaty, when the scoreboard showed that boarding was underway, people lined up, but boarding never started. So the whole hour. But I'm glad that the delay was only an hour, and not more.
Overall, I am satisfied, especially pleased with the ticket price. I think I will choose this airline again)
I flew these airlines for the first time and will NEVER choose from them again.
The flight was with a transfer in Almaty, both tickets were purchased from a Ramp, and on the website it immediately went with a transfer, that is, everything was bought in one ticket, and not matched by different tickets.
As a result, the flight was delayed by 20 minutes. "It's not critical," I thought, but at that moment I didn't know yet that they would put us on a plane and we would wait for an HOUR just sitting in it. It turned out that we were waiting for additional meals. Naturally, the second flight becomes questionable, since an hour and a half is a significant delay. We arrived in Almaty, we just had to run as hard as we could through the passport, baggage, and then change the terminal (thanks for the warning (no)).
I run to the check-in desk and realize that the second flight is also delayed, apparently a tradition, but it played into my hands. The representatives of the airline at the check-in desks are not focused on helping people as much as possible. Absolute indifference. Although it's their fault I'm late. Fortunately, I managed to catch the second flight, of course, because of the flight delay again.
I am generally silent about the appearance of the aircraft cabin, it is all shabby and dirty. The first thing I thought was, "I hope we can at least fly."
If you covet the price and still decide to fly a Ramp, be prepared to leave all your nerves with them.
