Dear friends, I would like to express my gratitude to Scat Airlines for their caring and polite attitude towards their passengers. In my case, due to the flight delay from Moscow, I did not catch the next flight to Aktobe. The transfer was in Almaty. Special thanks to Tatyana Lyapustina, the senior cashier in Almaty, for her calmness, ability to quickly solve emerging issues and for her care. The ticket for the next flight was immediately issued. The hotel was provided. Thank you.

I flew with this airline in May 2024 to Almaty. One of the advantages is the airplane staff and meals. On the downside: upon arrival, I found a broken suitcase handle. I immediately went to lost and found, where an employee took a picture of my suitcase and said that I could file a claim on the Skate website. I did so, and attached a photo of the damage. And in response, silence.
