I flew with this airline in May 2024 to Almaty. One of the advantages is the airplane staff and meals. On the downside: upon arrival, I found a broken suitcase handle. I immediately went to lost and found, where an employee took a picture of my suitcase and said that I could file a claim on the Skate website. I did so, and attached a photo of the damage.
