As usual in Kazakhstan and especially in the city of Aktau. If the company is almost a monopoly, then the staff is not very friendly. I always try to buy tickets online.

I give 2 stars only because of the attitude of the staff towards travelers. How many times we flew, I never took off at the right time. I don't understand how such a carrier can work at all.
