I wanted to order a hub. On the phone, they said to drop the details on Viber, they will be sent by mail. After 5 days, silence. I'm calling. I'm asking if they sent it. Answer: the hub is bad, it was not sent, although there are plenty of them left over, you can choose. As a result, 5 days of lost time. Most likely, they are not interested in small amounts... Then don't post them. They save their time-no one else's, that's the attitude towards the client.
