During the procedure, my mother clarified several times how important it is for her to maintain the length and health of her hair, that she is very sensitive to hair care and categorically does not use irons, curlers or curling irons and does not use a hair dryer. The master directly advertised the treatment very much and said more than once that the result would be amazing. The procedure with painting the roots cost her 90,000 tenge, the first days were very dry, very voluminous and yellowish to the touch. At the first wash, the hair just broke off at the root, fell out in clumps and fell in front of my eyes. When contacting the master, instead of apologies and some kind of compensation as treatment or any offers from him were not received - he blocked all contacts and disappeared. I think this is not professional and unacceptable for a master with such a name and reputation. Do not ruin your hair and contact only trusted professionals with a good reputation. Mom had just left the salon, where the master was trying to save her singed hair and sighed ambiguously - "oh, Cyran, how many dissatisfied customers with spoiled and ruined hair have already left after you."
