I've never seen a more miserable delivery. From the moment of the call with the question to which pick-up point to redirect the parcel in this city, I received it a week later. Every 2 days he called to clarify when the delivery was completed, to which the answer was that 1-2 days had passed from the toilet to the point of transfer, and that 3-4-5 days had already passed, there was no clear answer. They offered a courier (who, according to the call center, is the only one in Gomel). Not the next day, not the next day, not even after two zero reactions. After another call, the delivery was arranged for Saturday, but on Monday evening I had to call again to find out. They promised for tomorrow. And lo and behold, the courier called in 10 minutes!!! When asked what kind of person calmly replied that the delivery is indicated from 9 to 18. Awesome, weirdos with the letter M. It totally sucks, use other delivery services.
