As a result, the delivery went from conditional 1500 rubles to almost 2000 rubles. The parcel will arrive to the recipient - in principle, we will open it under the camera and see what kind of packaging is there for 450 rubles, given that the contents were already packed in our box + a box from the parcel tariff was added. And it would be fine if the amount was small, but here it's just outright arrogance and making money out of the blue. I also wrote an appeal to the SDEK hotline on this occasion.
P.S. I am attaching a photo of the received parcel. I ask the detectives to find 3m craft paper for 150 rubles and a package for 300 rubles in the photo. The box on the right is the sender's box. All that the operators added was just stuffed with OLD cardboard and that's it. And they threw 450p on top of the invoice. Great office, nothing more to add. Most of all, it is surprising that the employees of this office, when the proceedings in this situation began, still do not recognize their jamb and do not want to resolve the situation peacefully.
