You contact customer support again and reschedule the date and say that you don't intend to wait for the courier for the second time all day (everyone has things to do on New Year's Eve) and ask them to specify the delivery time, but unfortunately no one arrived by that time, but only after an hour and a half!!! Courier delivery, I believe, should simplify people's lives, not complicate it, and note that money is paid for it!!! I would never recommend this delivery service to anyone!!!
