There is only one question -when will the 21st century come in Belarus and workers will know their job!I wanted to send a parcel Minsk-Moscow!The call center calculated the cost of 120 rubles and moreover said that the analysis, if necessary, it will be done at the pick-up point!At the pick-up point, they generally looked at me with big eyes, this was the first time they had such a load!An ordinary exercise bike weighing 20 kg!The staff did not even offer to calculate the cost on the spot, but announced it when the product was wrapped in film!The cost is 500 rubles!!!It seems to me that this should be reported in advance, that is, to offer to calculate whether a person is ready to pay such money for a service!As a result, we PAID for the film in 15 rubles and went home!
