And it doesn't matter that you can download the application linked to the number, and it doesn't matter that you can specify the time and place of delivery on the website.
You don't have a phone number - you don't exist.
The phone number is the main identifier of you as a customer, as an individual, as a citizen. And not at all passport data and place of residence (delivery).
