On December 18, I came to SDEK, on the street. Soviet 129, Bobruisk, to send a parcel to Armenia. I was served by the operator Ekaterina. Before sending, I carefully studied the data on sending, delivery and prohibited attachments to this country on the SDEC website.
When sending, the operator Ekaterina behaved tactlessly, rudely, not politely, not professionally. She refused to send my parcel to this country, referring to the fact that they do not deliver shipments to Armenia, they did not explain to me why the data did not match the official website, in response they were only rude.
In general, I regretted a hundred times that I went there, it was the first and last time. I do not advise you to go there.
We accepted the parcel. Quickly, politely, neatly. Delivery from Bobruisk to St. Petersburg in 4 days. The track number was tracked. The cost of sending a parcel is 300 with a small gram of 20 b.r. (as of November 2023). If you really need to send something, then I consider the price conditionally affordable.
Fast, efficient, inexpensive. It costs 37 Belarusian rubles (1000 Russian rubles) to send a cargo weighing 10 kilograms. It will cost from 76 to 170 Belarusian rubles at the post office.
It takes quite a long time to travel from Minsk to Bobruisk for about a week, sending costs 2 times more expensive than on European mail, which also arrives in 2 days
We sent the parcel to Moscow to the door. As a result, the parcel went for two weeks, although they promised 3-4 days. And the courier simply did not want to take the order to the recipient to the door, but told him to pick it up at the pick-up point, but we paid for the delivery to the door, then why would we overpay! Not a foot in your company anymore!
