Well, to be honest, location is just great no questions, maybe 50 m to the beach, 3 c-stores are at hand. The apartment itself is getting 3 out of 5 though the claims were quite high, because of the the following:
very dump, you can always smell it;
the drainage is not working properly when you take showers water simply goes out on the floor
Hot water timer is tricky, just put it on a constant heating otherwise it switches off in an hour or so and when you need to take shower Suprise! it’s cold;
a bit more care should be taken about cattlery, dishes and appliances - very poor and scarce at the moment.
In general it is acceptable, but keep your expectations modest
