A very good place for lovers of quiet and peaceful solitude. A great choice for families with children. An empty beach. The hotel is very clean. Free parking, huge swimming pool and WiFi. You need to work on the kitchen, as there are nuances: cold dishes (which should be hot) and non-compliance with the cooking process charts, the staff is watching you during meals-it's not very comfortable, there are also very powerful air conditioners in the dining room, every time you think it's better to sit down so as not to catch a cold. Additional treatment of the pool is also needed, since by the middle of the rest there was a smell of mud from the water (BUT! All this is NOT a minus, but most likely an appeal to the hotel management, which needs to be finalized in the service).
Overall, I had a good impression. It can be recommended to lovers of a quiet relaxing holiday 👍👍👍

We have been staying at the hotel since September 17th for ten days. I liked everything very much! A cozy place, conducive to a good quiet rest. Clean, well-maintained territory, a warm heated swimming pool. The rooms are clean, bed linen and towels are changed regularly. There are few people on the beach, there are always free sun beds. responsive staff. I would especially like to mention Yuzu, who is always ready to help and answer any questions.

We liked to relax in this small hotel - you go directly to the sea, the beach is deserted (there are practically no people), the cleanest heated pool, delicious food in the dining room. Yes, it is the dining room - some upon arrival asked us the question, but where is the buffet? Breakfast lunch dinner is a multi-course meal, it looks more like a self-service dining room))) there are always fresh vegetables, fruits are more difficult - there were only apples for breakfast, in general, the food is simple, but you will definitely not be hungry.
The territory is fenced, clean, but we lacked greenery.
The beach can be called conditionally equipped - there are umbrellas and sun beds, no fences in the sea, dogs, cows, horses walk freely. At the end of June, a cafe was opened on the beach - you can treat yourself to a barbecue, khachapuri ...
In general, a secluded place for a relaxing holiday without any entertainment, far from civilization (2.5 km to the store in the nearest village).

We fell in love at first sight. Rooms, swimming pool, meals, beach

The girls in the kitchen are great too. Friendly and with golden hands! Everything was always delicious.
We will definitely come back here more than once.
But I would like to add a little bit:
1. There are not enough pillows or pads on the sun beds. It's very hard to sit🥲
2. Water is very necessary at any meal. The children burned their tongues because there was nothing to dilute tea, coffee and jelly with🥺

Great hotel. Comfortable rooms, everything is there, TV, shower, bathroom, air conditioning , refrigerator. Cleanliness, clean beds and towels. The pool is right after you leave the room, there are sun beds, umbrellas. The food is included 3 times a day, completely fine, we had enough. The sea is clean, quiet, for those who are tired of the hustle and bustle and people, it's the best. There are umbrellas, sun beds and few people on the beach, there is a bar. If someone is bored, they offer excursions.

Nice hotel. Clean, the food is delicious and varied, they clean up every day. It is cheaper to book excursions through the hotel administrator. The sea is nearby, clean. Also from two sides of the river. A very kind, helpful manager of the South. Recommend. Minus a colleague went to another hotel, they arrived too late, they were fed because they knew that they would eat. They didn 't even offer it to us . And we were very hungry from the road. Especially children.

The sea is nearby, you can see the mountains if there is no fog or clouds. The best rooms are -219, 220. This balcony has the best view of the sea, cape and mountains. The food is delicious, there is a variety. Only for breakfast, protein is mainly eggs, sausages, sausage - there is no meat / fish. The pool is large, heated, but only up to 30 degrees. It's probably good for summer, but it was April-May, I would like it to be warmer. And in summer, it's probably warmer from the sun. Since the hotel is located in the village, shops are tight and they are far away. Magnet 2.6 km on the highway/There is also another simple store closer to the bus stop. There is no cafe nearby either. One was blown away by a hurricane before us and one right next to the hotel is being built now.
The only disadvantages are a corrugated board fence that covers the sea and there is no normal coffee. Only soluble and 3in1.

But the place is remote, there is no way out of the hotel - just to walk by the sea. But there are very few people on the beach and there are always free sun beds

The hotel is good new , clean, the sea is visible through the window,the food is also not bad, you will not stay hungry, there is nothing nearby, no store, no attractions this hotel is for a quiet rest,an hour to go to the magnet store or call a taxi 500 rubles there and back,of course we got a long time until everyone was taken away, dinner was lost too,I wrote to us left sandwiches for this special thanks))) it's very nice, in short, it's good here, who's picky, you don't have anything to do here. We stayed at this hotel in August 2024.We arrived at 24.00, checked into the room, a snack ( cheese tortillas) was left, which is very important, since we were hungry. The room has everything you need (air conditioning, kettle, refrigerator, soap, shampoo, snow-white towels and bed linen, which were changed every three days, and towels every other day), the food is varied, you can choose to your liking. The staff is friendly, the manager of the Yusa helped to solve any issue. There is a huge heated swimming pool and sun beds on the territory, the sea is within walking distance. Excursions can be ordered at the reception desk.In general, we really liked everything, if we have the opportunity, we will definitely come to this hotel next year to relax.

This is the best place for those who are tired of the standard ones for our South))"packages" consisting of a huge number of not always adequate tourists, arrogant merchants, endless scurrying everywhere! Quietly, calmly.Out to sea! The sea! And no problem for you-you need to take a place faster! The beach is free! The sun beds are free to use.
The hotel is super comfortable, the rooms are pleasantly pleased, the wifi is excellent! Food, of course, is not a huge selection of 300 hundred billion dishes, but everything is delicious and there is enough of everything.
Yes, in five steps and three jumps there is not a huge amount of entertainment and others like them, but everything is available, everything can be obtained!

We have been traveling to this beautiful country for 5 years
There were 4 girls. The rooms are clean, daily cleaning, change of towels every 3 days and change of linen 👍🏻Air conditioning is the most important thing! It's very saving.
Lights and water were turned off periodically, it would be necessary to have a generator for such situations, otherwise you can't hide from the heat during the day 🙈
They even went from the neighboring hotel, they say for 300 rubles, raise it to 500!! Everything is very tasty and varied. As a rule, in the morning there are 2 different porridges, something from eggs - sandwiches / scrambled eggs / omelette, sausages, etc. For lunch, soup, 2 types of side dishes and 2 main dishes - meat, fish, 2 salads. Fresh homemade compote, always watermelon, juicy and sweet. Sauces, sweet cakes and pastries. You can list it for a long time, in general, you will definitely not stay hungry (I will attach a bunch of photo examples).
Cows and horses do walk along the beach. But camon, did you guys know where you were going at all? This is Abkhazia, there are cows everywhere. This is the atmosphere of home, comfort, as if in the village or in nature, far away from home and work ... on the seashore.. such a beauty! In short, we were pleased with all the animals, including Kesha the cat on the hotel grounds and dogs by the sea. (I'll attach photos of all the cuties, the animals are beautiful!!). There's a river next to the hotel, and yeah, it's cold. But have you tried to take a dip? We ran and dived there every day, and then into the sea. It was wonderful.… We advise everyone! Very invigorating)) and it's so transparent!. The sea is warm, not at all cold, the river is felt only if you swim near the place where it flows into. There are sun beds, umbrellas, the neighboring hotel still has white gazebos and hammocks, but their vacationers use our sun beds and umbrellas, so we used their gazebos and hammocks, everything is honest)) there is enough for everyone (I will attach a photo)
With regard to stores. They are far away, but the hotel has a taxi 300r in both directions. 600 to the market , sort of. The prices are affordable. Well, or on foot, it seemed to us a very long time... we walked for 40 minutes, back at the fruit stall the local abhaz did it for 200 rubles (we had to take a taxi😂)
At the hotel you can also buy wine, beer, snacks, at the same prices as in the shops.
There is not enough entertainment. We rented a car, which was helped by Yuza. 2500r a day. But before that, we searched for a long time ourselves, until we thought to ask Yusa. He is generally a golden man!!! The mascot of this place. And Leva, a good-natured guy, brightened up our evening, played cards, gave us a fishing rod, the next day we caught fish in the river for sausage from breakfast

And sap boards. In a nearby hotel, we were offered 150 rubles for an hour, but this is not the one next door, but which is further along the shore. While we were going back to get our wallets , we were too lazy to go 😁
The hotel has a tourist program, at good prices. Hydrogen sulfide sources - 800 rubles per person. Horseback riding - 1400 rubles per person. The Ritsa, the Abkhazian feast, the Pyv pass and all the most popular ones are there.
In VK, we found a group - boat trips and drove ourselves to Gagra, in a car that we rented. (I'll attach a photo)
We should also have something like a bar where you can come, drink, dance and not disturb other vacationers. Because you can't make noise after 9.
And yes! The pool is round the clock, which is a huge fat plus
We got to the hotel very quickly. The border is 1.5 hours as always. Back in 20 minutes. It is about 1-1.5 drive from the airport to the hotel (not counting the border).
In general! Everything was Mega cool, super duper, we are waiting for winter and we will take tickets right here!!

They were fed three times a day as for slaughter, the food was almost always different. An adult can eat twice, the choice is large, from the village it is a little far to the nearest store, a taxi cost 500 rubles there and back with expectation, also went to the taxi market cost 1,000 rubles also with expectation. Vacationed with my wife in September. The hotel is new, 3 minutes walk to the beach. Since the hotel in the village is a quiet place, there are always umbrellas and sun beds on the beach. You can lie down in a hammock. Excellent heated swimming pool, with compartments for children. It is illuminated in the evening. The food is homemade, delicious. In the evening we sat on the balcony and drank local wine. The Internet works fine. The TV is full of programs. Excursions can be booked at the reception. A great vacation for those who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. There is a Magnit shop within a 30-minute walk. But I went there only once. Nice hotel, I recommend it.

The hotel is on top. There is food, but the choice is meager. We arrived ahead of time, settled in without problems, without additional payments. The pool is large and clean. Wet cleaning and towel change every three days. And most importantly - mooore. 50 meters from the hotel. I recommend it! The only drawback is the lack of shops nearby. The nearest one is about two km away.

Today, on October 27, we returned from the hotel. There were 5 of us adults. Everyone really liked it. Away from the hustle and bustle of cities, the clear sea (it was already a little cold), the heated pool saved everyone. The food is excellent, there was always enough for everyone and it was delicious. But, I would really like a mirror in the room, and in the toilet room - a shelf above the sink for all sorts of jars of sklanochek. It was the first time we were in Abkhazia and the most amazing thing was that we did not see it.The hotel is new, that's why we took the bait ( But we didn't understand what we gave 105 thousand for! A complete lack of respect for the guests. This applies to the owners of the hotel. If everything stays that way, you will lose all the guests.The food is so-so, you will not be hungry, but after 10 days of rest, eggs with sausage stand across your throat (no fruits, no local vegetables… To the market, call a taxi from the hotel 5000, 2.5 km to the highway to the store 500.My husband needed pills, so we walked 1.5 hours to the highway to buy lopiramide for 40 rubles (Excursions are paid and those are not in full!! We went to New Athos, so from the declared tour we got only to the cave, we were not given time for lunch, instead of 17:00 we brought 15:00 to the hotel! They didn 't understand what they gave the money for !! The administrator clapped her eyes and said with displeasure that she would report our complaint to the authorities, but...... They did not feed us lunch, since they had it until 14:30, and they brought us 30 minutes later!!! And there are a lot of such little things!! We will not come to this hotel again!! I will not advise anyone!!!! And this is not just my opinion! We wrote about cows on the beach above) and cakes everywhere))We wanted a quiet retirement vacation, but we got a lot of negative emotions (yes, the pool is nice, clean, the water is warm. Well, to begin with, it's not the first time my husband and I have been on vacation in different countries, but this is the first time we have come to Abkhazia. Friends went there, so we roughly imagined the service and did not expect much, but the hotel is new, it opened only this year, so we decided that everything would be just perfect for the first year. You need to earn a reputation in order to raise the price next year, I think, with all establishments.
We were traveling in a motley company, with a small child. At the same time, we took a responsible approach to the trip and wrote IN ADVANCE about the small child, to the administration's phone, found out if there was a crib, a bath, etc.
On the day of arrival, we had to wait for arrival at 14:00, well, there's nothing you can do about it, it's an international standard, and we waited, but!!!! Where to wait??? There is no waiting area!! We went to breakfast (and the first day it was great), walked by the sea (it was really raining), but there was no choice. You either walk by the sea in the rain or you hide in the room with the administrator, where we stupidly couldn't fit everything. The receptionist is a separate story... her facial expressions are just gorgeous, for the first half minute we thought that we were taken to the wrong place, and that we were not registered at this hotel, these are surprised eyebrows, a look at nowhere and at the end of the phrase, are you sure you are in our hotel? There really weren't any hotels nearby, only camping cabins, but they were already beginning to doubt whether we were going there. But this is a lyric, we will return to the admin later.
And so about the waiting area, it's really needed, let it be a cafe with tables in the open sky at the parking lot (where there are 1-3 cars), people will thank you, and the HOTEL will work first of all!! Because there is no waiting area, and there is no recreation area for companies. People come in twos and families, get to know each other, unite, but there is nowhere to communicate, so as not to interfere with others. A hotel away from civilization does not mean that everyone should walk in silence and communicate in a group of 2 people.
There is a place for cars outside the gate, and a camera can ensure their safety.
The rooms are average, we are not picky, but communicating with other residents of the hotel, we found out that someone does not have a hair dryer, curtains, kettle. Even we, who live in three different rooms, did not have something, but if it were not for the service, I would have spat and not written about it, because for us personally it did not overshadow the rest, but then it boiled over. Because when we went to the admin to ask for a taxi, we also asked about the hair dryer, which again had eyebrows, a look and a phrase, but is it definitely not lying anywhere? I went and looked, made sure that it was nowhere to be found, but that's it, the hair dryer never appeared, like the shower curtains, which she also noticed, but left... friends weren't particularly upset, but I'm probably picking on it, usually the hotel fixes it somehow... for example, they come and hang it up the curtain.
We bought a watermelon, and he died the next day, we didn't understand what happened to him, he left behind stickiness and dirt that had to be removed, and WE cleaned it...! they gave us a rag, and we are not proud people, we washed the veranda, as in principle, then we took a broom another day and swept another veranda. You are harmful, you say, but we were not the only ones!!! For some reason, people did not want to live in mud, and I'm sorry, anything can happen, something fell down, spilled, and stupidly sand with stones from the sea, and took brooms, rags and washed themselves. At the end of our vacation, the tenants in the first houses had a mouse in their room… Thank the eggs, we didn't have such animals. We cleaned up once in 8 days, well, how did we clean up... changed the linen, washed the floors a little somewhere, but not everywhere, not everywhere…
We fed the cats, they are cute, they walk around the territory, as well as the dogs, they walk behind the fence. Don't be afraid of them, they are kind, they just want to eat. They are also used to cows, for urban residents it is even something in the form of exotics))
Nutrition. The first days the food pleased us, everything was simple and delicious and the choice was small, but when it's delicious, why look for something else? But in the middle of the week, someone clearly decided that it was September, the end of the season, stop eating. Empty soups, empty trays, empty side dish. For interest, we even looked at people's reviews from June and July, and were envious. We have not seen chicken pallets ... to give 300 rubles per person for such food (and if you have an eviction, and the transfer in the evening, the food becomes paid for you) I think it's not normal. On the day of the eviction, the breakfast was such that they hugged and cried, they thought that they had eaten everything before us, went to breakfast at 9:20, but asked friends, they came to it first, no, it was also stingy early in the morning. What happened??? I do not understand, I remind you once again that in the beginning everything was normal.
If you still want to eat, strangely enough, then we advise you to go to the only cafe next to the hotel, behind the gate to the right to the shed, which will turn out to be a cafe. Delicious, homemade, and inexpensive. Our advice is not to take chacha, but take cash, in Abkhazia it is generally better to always use cash. If you want to call a taxi and go to the city, shop, then get ready to wait a long time, taxis do not want to go there…
During the eviction, we had an unpleasant story, if in short they tried to force us to pay for a set of towels when they saw one dirty towel! For the set!!!
