The hotel is well located and the service is excellent. The best food is only in the main restaurant. The evening show is weak, there is no creativity. Swimming in the sea on our beach is accompanied by leg damage. There are a lot of stones and it's terrible. There's another beach nearby, and it's great to swim there. We had a rest from January 02 to 08, 2023, we were lucky with the weather and of course with the hotel,new,stylish,everything is thought out to the smallest detail,cleanliness 24/7, virtuous service staff, from room cleaning to service in restaurants, bars and on the beach. The wonderful animation staff (unobtrusive), among whom there is a Russian-speaking Alex, is always ready to help with any question. The hotel is aimed at Europeans, there were a lot of Germans at our check-in. Therefore, all the staff practically spoke German, a little English and a few Russian units...But it didn't bother us in any way. Entertainment in the evenings included programs, live music, various shows, after which it was possible to continue in the disco bar. During the day, there were also entertainment programs in the form of yoga, aqua aerobics,darts, boccia on the beach, as well as tennis, billiards, and an indoor pool for self-entertainment. The food was excellent, there was enough of everything, the food was 24 hours a day, in different restaurants by time, very tasty ice cream, freshly squeezed juices, smoothies and of course a variety of cocktails. There was even something from the children's menu. Outside the hotel there are shops, pharmacies, etc. within walking distance. The hotel, the attitude, the rest - everything was amazing, especially for the winter period, in summer it is probably more dense and cramped)

I was with my husband at this hotel in February 2023. I have just returned.
First, the pros. The service in the room, in the restaurant, in bars and cafes is excellent everywhere. The food is excellent both in quality and in the range of dishes. Everything is very tasty!!! I took a scale with me- at least some kind of deterrent. The location is wonderful - the very end of the Side promenade. The city center is about 4 km away. The weather was beautiful both weeks - sunny and warm.
And now the minus. Perhaps he is alone, but not unimportant. This is a bathroom. Firstly, it has an unsuccessful layout, there is no external door. There is a shower cabin with a door, and a toilet too. And between them is a sink, right in front of the hallway. And secondly, the shower stall has a disgusting water drain. Therefore, there is always a puddle on the floor in the cabin. Moreover, it seems to be a defect of all numbers. Anyway, we changed three rooms. And it was like that everywhere.
But, on the whole, we are satisfied with the hotel. And, probably, if we go to those places again, we will still choose him.

I'll start with the pros:
- The hotel is new! Built in 2020, opened its doors in 2021;
- The design is thought out to the smallest detail. Impressive spacious halls, high-quality materials, lighting and the decor itself - all this is a delight. And the smell... sweet aromas will be welcomed from the doorstep. I pay attention to such things 🥰
- Meals 3 times a day and not only. You can order food in bars if you haven't had time to eat or are hungry (this has never happened to us, though). In 8 days we managed to taste: squid, mussels, osmenogi, shrimp, lamb, chicken, beef, trout, eel, black caviar... I didn't remember everything. Alcohol: white/red wine, champagne, beer and a sea of cocktails 24 hours;
- Cleanliness in the hotel. You definitely can't fool me in this, the guys make sure that the territory is perfectly clean, and they succeed;
- Location. 20 m to the beach (if not less);
- Animation for adults (the children's seemed monotonous, but I didn't need it). Different bands performed every day. There was a foam party, an acrobat show, a DJ show;
- Gym. It was small, but it was enough to work out 3 times, provided that I performed different programs;
- Warm sea +28. I had to force myself to get out of it 🌊
Now the cons:
- The beach is dirty: rocks, gobies, branches and thorns. You can mess around and sift the sand there;
- Entrance to the sea. It's just a big disappointment. There are a lot of stones of different sizes under the water, from small and sharp to huge ones, on which you can break all your legs. The hotel management definitely needs to do something about this;
- À la carte restaurants. It's soooo hard to sign up there, but there's nothing to do there, neither in Italian nor in European for sure. The food is carried for a long time, it is tasteless (like leftovers from a buffet). There are not enough really good chefs who would specialize in the declared cuisine.
The price at the time of purchase started from 123 000 rubles, up to 200,000 rubles for 9 nights.
Overall, the impressions about the hotel and its atmosphere are pleasant. Spa area, hammam, sauna, volleyball, aqua aerobics, yoga, shops on site. There is everything here to have a good rest.

A new, modern, clean hotel. It is arranged according to the mind, everything is thought out. The food is delicious and varied (I didn't get tired of it in a week, given that the accommodation includes visits to three a la carte restaurants. It's a bit noisy late at night, especially in those rooms that are closer to the stage, so if you really like the sea view, keep in mind that they will be hammering loudly enough until midnight.

The hotel is new, cozy, the design is well thought out. We had a family room, convenient because it has 2 bathrooms. They clean the room for three, you need to make sure that your towels are changed.
The food is delicious and varied. The beach is nice.
There are 3 shops: bags, clothes, souvenirs. I especially liked the souvenir shop, a very attentive seller, speaks Russian well, prices are not too high. It also sells various essential oils, the seller tells about them in detail, I recommend taking a look.

A magnificent new (2020) hotel. Good location. Exit to the promenade leading to the Ancient ruins (25-30 minutes on foot slowly). First-class service. The lobby is gorgeous. The rooms are super.(Cleaning is daily, you can choose any pillows - 7 types if you don't like these). In the room there is a hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, cosmetics (there are even nail files), a mini bar, replenished daily (Fanta, cola, sprite, minimal water, beer, juice, wine, salty sticks, cookies and cakes), free safe, Wi-Fi for free throughout the territory (perfectly catches on the beach). The food is delicious, not dishes, but masterpieces, a huge assortment of sweets, fruits, ice cream. (Shrimp, oysters, shells, crayfish, crabs, red fish, lamb, veal, chicken, pasta, cream soups, vegetables, salads, a huge selection). The hotel has a spa (hammam, steam room, heated pool and you can swim outside, relaxation areas) and paid complexes. Fitness, shops, doctor (for $ 30 you can do PCR right at the hotel). The bars are all open. The waiters will serve you everywhere as soon as you approach. Vintage alcoholic drinks and cocktails (there is everything) and you will definitely get nuts, raisins, chips. Every evening there is animation (live music, belly dancing, etc.) We will definitely come again

The hotel is new, everything is perfect, the food is excellent. The beach is not for swimming. We have to go to the left. The pool is long and comfortable. The rooms are gorgeous, sea view from the roof, comfortable layout.
Minus: a very obsessive woman, a representative of the fur salon Olga (55+ years old), just obsessively pursues and invites them to their store in the city. The prices there are atomic, even taking into account the bargaining, the models are ancient.

The hotel has not been killed yet-everything is working, built in 2020. (You will have hotels from the 90s nearby, compare just in appearance).
To put it simply: each manager is very much watching his area and chasing employees. The chef is always in the hall, even at breakfast he controls the process.
The hotel has a shop with cigarettes and creams. There's a T-shirt store next to it. There is no point in leaving the hotel.
There is always a guard on duty at the entrance from the beach, and there is a doctor's office in the lobby of the 3rd floor.
Disadvantages of the beach:
The sea in front of the hotel, which is on the left/right, is not swimming. Imagine that they broke the runway and threw everything into the sea. I understand that it is very expensive to clear it.
But this hotel has a very large swimming pool. You won't want to go to sea anymore.
The hotel is aimed at Germans. Few of the staff speak English. Russian Russian, I'm generally silent (choose adult waiters, they most likely understand Russian since the noughties).
Always leave a coin to tip the staff everywhere and everything will be fine.
This hotel should be more logical than the 18+ concept.
Of those who write bad reviews about the sea and give a general one ball to the hotel: I personally read on several resources before the trip that there are plates in the sea and it is dirty. Accordingly, I was ready for this disadvantage.
Number: Did you come to live in a room or to swim and sunbathe in the pool? I lived in 2 stars in Tae and Hilton, but the point was in the sea, its distance from the hotel and the presence of a good pool.

I have been to different resorts in Turkey at different times of the year, and in December 2021 I vacationed at the SEADEN QUALITY RESORT &SPA. A new hotel with a pleasant design of rooms, a convenient location just 3 km from the Ancient city. You can take a leisurely stroll along the footpath to the center of Side in the afternoon and evening. Food for every taste, 6 types of meat and the same amount of fish, fresh, fried, stewed vegetables, a separate tier with desserts. Up to 10 types of cheeses, counted 14 types of olives and 8 types of meat cuts. There is a special table with "Diet" dishes. The names of the dishes are sometimes surprising, for example, the Chicken Princess cutlets will definitely be remembered in St. Petersburg) Drinks in the mini-bar in the room are also replenished daily and are included in the ticket price. The weather was bad, it often rained, so the indoor pool inside the hotel and the SPA with sauna and hammam were saved, you can swim and spend time during bad weather. Massage therapists with specialized education, work conscientiously. Special thanks to Tolga fitness trainer for training! Mentally and effectively! Downstairs, on the same floor as the gym and SPA, there is a shop with everything you need. Souvenirs, coffee, tea, cream, flip-flops, inflatable baby circles, masks, in general, a large selection of everything at a lower cost than in shops on the street.

We traveled with the company in September 2021. There is nothing to add to the previous reviews. Everything is SUPER, but a creepy entry into the sea and algae. There is an empty hotel on the left and the beach is better there, but I was bitten by a fish there. After that, she did not go into the sea at all. The food at the hotel is excellent, the waiters are cool (do not spare tea and you will be happy)
The rooms are cleaned daily and efficiently, there is nothing to complain about. The only thing that came out of the shower in my room was through the door. The tiles on the floor are laid incorrectly. A la carte was not impressed..
REMOVE OLGA FROM THE CAST. It gets in the way and irritates with her lips, like a gypsy harassing guests. There should be no such thing in the department, we are not at the bazaar.

It's just a space hotel!!!! Super!!! Everything is on top!!! Animation for adults and children is on top, as it should be in the manner of good hotels in Turkey, non-diluted alcoholic beverages of excellent quality, sports entertainment:bocce, volleyball, darts, and water activities (but they are for the money), a very beautiful view from the lobby to the sea, the reception speaks all languages, the staff is as polite and helpful as possible!!! And as for the restaurant - a huge assortment of various dishes, gourmets can roam! No monotony! And fruits, and desserts, and fish, and poultry, and meat! I'm thrilled! And this is not only a family hotel, but also a youth one)
The beach is sandy, clean, soft! There were enough deck chairs for everyone in the middle of July! We had lunch at a cafe by the sea) I recommend it to everyone! And I will definitely go again sometime) I was on vacation with a friend, there we met Austrians, Germans, Turks, Serbs)

I really liked it! In 2021, there were in July and in October. The hotel is brand new and opened in early June 2021.
In July we settled with a sea view (deluxe room). Beauty! In October we were settled - side sea view. Although the payment was for a lower class room. They said it was a bonus for returning to the hotel. It was a pleasure!
The cuisine is beyond praise: a wide variety, days of different national dishes. Praising one thing would be unfair. Hot dishes, salads, cold appetizers, pastries - you can't resist the goodies, you want to try everything. A separate conversation about fish days: shrimp, different types of fish, different cooking methods....
Room cleaning has always been on top. All shampoos and lotions were topped up and replenished on time. If suddenly something is not reported, you can always ask, they will not refuse.
Animation for every taste. My husband was playing bocce. Special thanks to Alex. A wonderful animator! He managed to organize the game so that people of different nationalities became friends and looked forward to the next game.
The sea is the only sorrow. The reviews have already written that the entrance is strewn with stones of different sizes. The stones are mostly
- clay formations. People broke off pieces and smeared themselves, they said it was blue clay. I don't know how true this is.
But even such an entrance to the sea did not spoil our impression, because on the 2nd day we found a "path" without stones and swam with pleasure.
I want to write about the intrusive service. The hotel has a so-called "convocation" Olga. All new arrivals are invited in a very intrusive way to go to the fur and leather store. In a good way, he doesn't understand hints. It is necessary to talk to her in plain text that I am not interested in the product, there is no money, I already have a fur coat / leather jacket, etc.

If you describe the hotel, then everything is fine. The food is very tasty. The adjacent territory is very small, not outstanding in any way. The beach is clean, the bar is good. But here is the sea for two. Some kind of stones, huge slabs that appear suddenly, even if you have swum far away. My legs were kicked off. The bottom is covered in algae. In general, not very much.

Surprisingly, the fact is: we were checked in in the morning, when the transfer just brought us to the hotel, it was about 8 a.m. Everything is very friendly: they gave us a cocktail at the entrance, fixed the bracelets of the hotel on our hands, helped with the suitcase.
Actually, from that moment on, we already used all the services of the hotel, so we went to breakfast. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners in the hotel restaurant are something! I'll tell you more below.
The hotel is located on the 1st coastal line, less than a minute walk to the sea. The beach is sandy, bulk. The hotel has its own dedicated beach area, but no one prevents you from going left/right from this beach. There are enough places on the beach for vacationers: sun beds, umbrellas with tables and urns. There is a volleyball net, you can play all day. Among the disadvantages: entering the sea are rock slabs, for more than 60 meters approximately the same depth. WiFi is poorly caught on the beach (more or less stable WiFi only at the entrance to the beach). The water is clean only in the morning, at lunch it is already agitated, it makes no sense to take a swimming mask at this time. ALGAE! This is a direct problem of the beach. They are constantly washed ashore, they stink. So the staff periodically collects them and takes them away on carts.
A certain Olga walks along the beach. He's trying to get a trip to the mall to buy leather and furs. When not on the beach, he lives in a store on the ground floor.
The hotel itself is very favorably located in relation to the sea, as I have already written. The shape of the hotel allows you to get rooms with a view of the sea, the mountains, or both, as with us. Our room was located on the top 8th floor #8128. Pros: excellent view, minimum audibility from the patio. Cons: it's hot, there is no roof on the balcony (although someone can sunbathe), you can hear the air conditioning compressor "threshing" on the roof.
It is a very controversial decision to place all 6 elevators in one place. During rush hours, you have to wait for the elevator, then it's a long walk from the elevator to the room, especially to the rooms with sea views.
The hotel is brand new. It is rumored to be launched in June 2021. You can feel it, because somewhere you can see the construction jambs that have not yet been fixed, but all the equipment, communications, fittings and furniture are new.
We should tell you about the service separately. Of the cons: water was leaking from under the toilet. I called the receptionist. Two people came. We spent a long time digging, removing the toilet. While one was going to get a screwdriver, the other was sticking it into a smartphone, watching some videos. In the end, they did nothing, put a towel under the toilet and left without saying anything. Apparently, a plumber is something at the level of genetics, it does not depend on the nation...
He called a second time, no one else came, and then the cleaner took the towel away.
This is the only drawback. Further advantages:
- very (!) friendly staff. There is no division into nations (as it was at My Home Resort, which we visited in 2018, when only Russians were poured drinks into plastic cups, and the rest into beautiful glass). You can communicate with the staff in Russian, English, and German. Almost everyone has basic knowledge. Bartenders and receptionists know these languages quite well. So don't try to communicate with phrases like "wang tea and tu beer", it's enough to say in Russian if you don't know English or German.
- Great food! Lots, tasty, good choice! There are fish days when shrimp, crayfish, and squid are served. On normal days, the main meal is grilled in front of you. There are practically no semi-finished products (as, again, at My Home Resort, where they were the vast majority). All the food is natural. Meat is different, fish, vegetables, fruits, sweets, honey. There are dishes from the chef, and every morning the girl fries an omelet with the filling that you choose yourself. In the restaurant you can additionally order drinks: beer, wine, juice, etc. There is a diet meal. There is a separate children's area in the same restaurant. You won't stay hungry - for sure!
- Special greetings to the bartenders Mahmoud and Rifat! You guys are the best! Thanks! It is also worth paying attention to the bartender in the lobby, his name is Burak. He is a master of his craft, likes to conjure with bottles, glasses, etc.
- Most bars are open until 12 at night. Previously, only the pool bar closes at 6 o'clock, when the pool begins to be prepared for the next day. There is a bar on the ground floor that is open until 7 a.m. But there is much less choice of drinks. The "catch up" option is for those who did not have enough.
There are snack bars and a-laCard restaurants. We were at the Italian a laCard restaurant Carpaccio. It's cute, but nothing special. It is quite possible to go. And you can go 1 time to each of these 3 a-laCard restaurants, but make an appointment in advance! In a couple of days at least.
There is a mini-bar in the room. Upon arrival, a bottle of wine was found in it (a compliment from the hotel). There are 2 cans of beer, 2 Cokes, 2 sugar-free Cokes, 2 sprites, 2 forfeits, 2 waters, 2 carbonated waters, 2 juices in the refrigerator. Snacks, coffee, tea and something else. It is replenished every day.
Of alcohol - rum, whiskey, vodka, tequila, etc. - are different. There is only one beer, a draught light Hilt. Order "delicious" cocktails. It's a challenge for a bartender. Believe me, you will not regret it))
From 12 o'clock they distribute ice cream in the restaurant to your taste. After lunch, the staff often carries cold drinks and ice cream such as popsicles or cones along the beach.
- Swimming pool. Big, beautiful. There is a bar. Sunbeds on land, sunbeds under water, so that only the head remains out of the water. Everything is clean and pretty. Every morning aqua jim - physical education classes in the water.
There is a small indoor pool.
- there is a sauna, hammam, massage. Only the sauna is free of charge.
- entertainment. The main thing is the evening animation after dinner. Different teams come and perform on stage. It can be a dance group, it can be a group of roller skaters who ride on a ramp, it can be gymnasts, or some national dancers. In general, it's interesting. After the animation, there is a disco until 12 at night. Separately, they offer to go to a disco in the old town of Side. It's for a fee. Drinks there are also paid. The trip costs ~ 1,500 rubles.
In the afternoon - volleyball and boccia on the beach, darts on site, sometimes - foam party in the pool.
In the morning - aqua jim, children's entertainment, fitness classes on stage or on the beach.
- the number. The room has air conditioning, but it only works at 22 degrees, the rest is blocked. The fan is above the bed. Flat-screen TV (there are Russian channels, starting from the 55th). Safe, enter the code yourself. The mini-bar that I wrote about earlier. But don't count on the refrigerator too much. It is passive, almost does not chill.
Soap accessories - shampoo-shower gel (2in1), liquid soap, 2 small bottles of body lotion, a small washcloth. There is no freshener in the toilet. Towels: for the face, for the body, for the legs. If the towel is left on the floor, it will be replaced with a clean one.
Separate sink, separate shower, separate toilet. The VIP rooms have a Jacuzzi on the balcony.
The room is cleaned every day.
The card holder at the door in our room did not work. In theory, in the absence of a key card, the electricity in the room should be turned off. As we were told at the reception, this is a common problem in many rooms. Next to the card holder there are switches with which you can turn on the "do not disturb" and "please clean the room" indications from the outside of the entrance door. Very convenient.
- location. The first coastline. 5 km to the old town. There is nothing particularly interesting nearby. There are souvenir shops nearby, etc. But very expensive. For example, cigarettes cost $ 4 (~290 rubles), and in Manavgat they can be bought for only 17 lira (~170 rubles) in a store, for example in Nova Mall. Local dolmushi minibuses run to Manavgat, the fare is 1 dollar or 1 euro. Money in Turkey is generally interesting. Often the dollar is equated to the euro. They accept lira (local currency), dollars, and euros for payment. In some places - rubles. We didn't find anything particularly interesting in Manavgat itself. You can go to the Nova Mall, but the mall is so-so. Even the local Waikiki brand store was not impressed. It's better in Antalya. Nevertheless, there are a lot of people there, mostly Russians. They're being loaded up with carts!
To sum up, I want to say that staying at this hotel is a wonderful choice. Thanks again to the hotel staff for our vacation. Even the fires in the nearby mountain forest could not spoil the great mood!

The food is all peppery, everything is burning in my mouth. It is impossible to feed a child, and it is harmful to an adult. The rooms are cleaned dirty. They smoke everywhere, there is nothing to breathe. There is no place on the beach, only at the water's edge. This is not a resting place, it's just an anthill. This is my third time in Turkey.The area is dirty, there are cigarette butts, cans, garbage everywhere, including on the beach.

The hotel is very fresh, it looks very decent!
Rooms. we took it with a side view of the sea, it turned out that formally the sea is on the side, but in reality the coastline bends and is all in front of you, and exactly at a beautiful sunset. I recommend it, the difference is 500 rubles per day approximately compared to the view of the dusty building in the other direction and it's worth it.
The rooms have everything you need, even bathrobes, which are not particularly useful.
The food is on the level. As I understand it, this is a common feature of Turkish hotels - they do their native dishes best, foreign European dishes are worse.
A la carte restaurants. Do not waste time visiting Italian - any institution with an Italian bias in any city in Russia will be closer to the original. One "mozzarella" made according to a cheese recipe costs a lot -)
On the other hand, a Turkish cuisine restaurant is mandatory. It was so magical that my wife agreed to go to Istanbul for the weekend to study Turkish cuisine, although for many years they had said that "there is nothing to do there"! There were simply gastronomic discoveries in it! Great!!!
Bars and alcohol - for whom it is interesting. Cocktails are made diligently, they do not save on ingredients. where whiskey should be in the cocktail, 12-year-old chivas is used, which is significant. For wine lovers, Turkish hotels are generally sad, it is better not to take draught white and red. Sparkling wine in bars is better than in restaurants, so it's better to have a glass of sparkling wine before lunch than during...The best bar, in my opinion, is in the hotel lobby.
Beach. there are nuances here. It's bad right in front of the hotel, there are even signs saying "be careful with stones". For me, it's insignificant - to the right along the sand along the shore, 500-600 meters to the beach of the Oleander and Terrace hotels, everything will be magical, but for those who can't move away from the hotel bar or come with several children, it won't be very comfortable.
There are animators, but not my topic. Apparently, the evening performances are of high quality, since the people on the street on the promenade stood and watched.

All you need to know is that we won back the room during the day, and then we also came to the sea, where there is no pier. Moreover, there is no pier only here, although the hotel is new, there is one in neighboring hotels. For example, the neighboring Barut turned out to be much better at the same price. The beach is dirty, no one cleans it, a lot of algae, a lot of rocks on the bottom, you can cut yourself. The only thing that did not disappoint was the bar and the quality of the renovation. The staff is nasty at the reception, Russians are treated with latent prejudice and disdain. Special thanks to the girl at the towel distribution, her name is Svetlana, she helped us with a question that is not at all in her competence, because they could not help us at the reception.
A great bar, just an amazing Burak master who prepares incredible cocktails.
In ten days, the kitchen got boring, there was almost always delicious lamb for dinner, one of the 10 days there was an absolute "sea" of seafood, everything was fresh and very, very tasty, the rest of the days after that looked short.
There is an a la carte, you can try, but this time, to be honest.
There is very little territory, critically, which is not typical for Turkey.
In general, probably everything.

Good afternoon, I honestly don't understand who writes such good reviews, people who have never been anywhere at all????? The hotel is just terrible , cheap repairs , the sea is only cobblestones and the water is dirty, the room is very small, the door to the bathroom and toilet does not lock, there is no territory at all. I don't recommend it ... there are much better hotels for this day.
