We liked this hotel! The staff is polite and helpful. The rooms are different (there are old ones, and there are after renovation), at first we got a not very good room, but without any problems the next day they changed to another, cool one with a balcony.
We were with two children. There is a large warm swimming pool with an aqua park for children! Maximum attention for children in the pool, respect to the staff! Several guys are watching the children's pool at the same time.
In another part of the hotel there is another large warm swimming pool, which has a place for children (90 cm deep) and adults (135 to 190 cm deep).
The territory of the hotel is large and very well maintained, there are many beautiful plants.
In general, it's the best thing for a vacation with children!
If you plan to hang out and try delicious dishes, then you are not here. This is a cozy hotel for a family holiday!

The beautiful territory of the hotel, large swimming pools, a small water park that will delight both children and adults. The rooms, like everywhere else in Egypt, are tired, but everything suited us. Towels were changed daily, and a bottle of water was also brought. 2 nice beaches with sun loungers, one smaller beach for kids, the second is suitable for everyone. If desired, you can swim a little further behind the buoys, if you are not afraid of sharks. There are activities: exercise, Pilates, volleyball, water aerobics, etc. In the evening there is animation (fire-shoy, music), but we are not interested in it, so I cannot objectively evaluate it. The sea was the main thing for us. The sea is clean, but there are no reefs, of course, there is no comparison with the reef in Charm)) But nevertheless there are fish, we even managed to meet a stingray with blue spots and saw a turtle in the distance, so you can practice snorkeling (without fanaticism). Beach towels are issued every day by cards, clean and large. You need to take sun loungers from 6-30 in the morning if you want to lie right next to the sea. The food is quite varied, not a very large selection of fruits only. But we are not ordinary people, we ate little, we had enough of everything. As for drinks, I recommend taking your own cup or plastic mug with you, because at bars they pour into reusable plastic cups, which are then washed not very carefully, it's just disgusting to drink from them. WiFi is free only on the beach; in the room and at the reception - $ 1 per day. From independent walks: you can walk to the Marina embankment, there is also a mosque nearby, a fish market. Along the way, there are a huge number of different shops and tents, everyone is actively trying to invite you and sell something, this in my opinion is the only minus of Egypt (pesky merchants). I prefer to ignore them. Also, upon arrival, I advise you to have exactly $ 25 with you for a so-called visa to Hurghada (the card is filled in on the plane, examples of filling can be viewed on the Internet in advance). If you give a large sum upon arrival at the airport, then they will try to charge you $ 28, and no scandals will help. They will lie that 25 is only when registering online. In a hurry and with a large number of people, people have no choice but to say goodbye to their blood. We were also also loved, no clarification helped, as a result, immediately upon arrival you get a tub of negativity. In general, Egypt is Egypt in Africa)) I recommend the hotel. I arrived at the hotel for the first time, I was very satisfied with all aspects! The food is delicious, but there is little fruit, the rooms are clean, the animators are doing well, they are trying. The entrance to the sea is good, gentle, the water is clean! There are evening shows, a nice children's room. The city is right next to you, who needs to walk in the evenings through the abundance of shops-this place is a great option. More was expected from the fish restaurant on the beach, but even here the food is not bad, as they say)

We rested at this hotel from August 12 to 21, upon arrival I immediately spoiled the impression of a great vacation, settled into a room with broken furniture, very dirty, for $ 20 they gave us another room in a new building, overlooking the street, noise insulation in general, it feels like you're sleeping outside. Cleaning is a blunder, when cleaning, the bed is made and the towel is changed and everything (a piece of soap is left from the accessories and attention! A shower cap. A family of 4 people, there are only 3 beds in the room! Wherever we were, but this was the first time, on August 21 we had a flight at night, they evicted us at 12.00 p.m. and immediately cut off our bracelets, then we could only eat for a fee, an adult $ 20, a child $ 12. The food is solid 3, just like the hotel itself! The variety is there only in rice))) The attitude of the staff is terrible. The only plus is the sea, the gentle entrance, the sandy shore!

They were in November 2023 . In the new building, as we were told, the room was on the 3rd floor, above the kitchen, where dishes were rattling until 4 a.m., this is probably the only minus. Large territory , lots of bars ! 2 beaches and 2 large pools. As for the food , of course there were no seafood delicacies (( but the variety of other dishes is excellent! There is a McDonald's nearby. Animation on the beach during the day works well. In the evening, adults are certainly bored. The hotel had live music and a billiard table (free 1 time) . Overall, not a bad hotel.

The Seagull Hotel is not. We have been since the end of June 2024, 14 nights. The price for a trip to this hotel is unreasonably high. Check-in, bed linen, cleaning, food, service are ALL VERY BAD!!! So in order:
The room we were given was disgusting, completely out of line with the photos that were shown to us at the travel agency. There was also no declared bed for the child. We checked in at night, tired from the road. First, they brought us an old bed with a dirty mattress, then the linen, which was tucked into the bed along with the carpet. The baby pillow had a dirty pillowcase and smelled of sweat. Our patience ran out and at 01 a.m. they demanded another room, while we were assured that this was the best room available.
In another room, an ottoman was waiting for us for a child with a broken leg. I had to build a kind of leg. We waited 1.5 hours for the laundry, went to the reception 10 times on this issue.
We spent the night like at an airfield, some pipes and air conditioning were humming. The latter worked only at maximum and was not regulated in any way.
The next day, they changed the room with the help of money, because there were no rooms without them.
Attention. The hotel is divided into 2 parts - a new building and an old building. When drawing up the contract, the photos showed a new building, and they settled in the old one. After that, for money, they moved to a new one, almost corresponding to the pictures.
There were two single beds in the room for 2 adults and a child. And, 3 dirty, foul-smelling pillows.
Although the room is new, the disadvantages include the lack of a door in the shower, so the floor was always wet.
As for cleaning the room. They cleaned better for tips, and then not always. Towels were changed badly, the first week dirty towels were just neatly folded. The bed linen is even worse. It was tucked under the mattress every day, but it was changed only once after 10 requests (no joke). At the same time, they asked me to remove it myself.
The food is monotonous, we were poisoned for 3 days.
The cleaning of the hotel itself is poor. The floors are dirty, there is dust everywhere. In the room, the floor was washed only in the middle, the carpet was not sagging. The cutlery and dishes are dirty. The tables in the dining room are dirty, especially outside.
The organization of the canteen is bad. While eating, there are huge cabinets between the rows. They don't have time to eat, they come to you and rake the leftovers right into the bucket, as if they were feeding pigs.
There are no clothes dryers, there is also no room to iron things. But there is a service for money - washing and ironing. This is a minus for me.
Bottom line: if you want to just relax with your family in silence, sleep without the noise of pipes, eat delicious and varied meals, wipe yourself with clean towels and sleep on clean linen, then NOT at the Seagull hotel!!!! It is not worth the money paid. This is the second time in Egypt, and the fifth time abroad in general, so there is something to compare it with. Thanks)

Отличный отель, качественный сервис, отличная еда, номера где горки отличные, чистый песчаный пляж,их два там, так как выкупили рядом отель и объединили территорию, но каждый со своей инфраструктурой. Находится на главной улице Шератон со множеством кафе, магазинов и т. п.. В 5 минутах езды в сторону района Марина находится рыбный рынок(рядом Мечеть) со свежайшими морскими млекопитающимися и рыба на любой вкус. Все приготовит при тебе и надёжно упакуют, чтоб довести до отеля и в баре под пивко или покрепче насладиться морскими вкусностями. Для детей подогреваемые бассейны с горками, игровые автоматы, птичий двор с игровой площадкой. Плюсов очень много. РЕКОМЕНДУЮ ПРИЕХАТЬ И НАСЛАЖДАТЬСЯ САМИМ!!!

We rest for the 3rd day. The hotel was chosen for a month, as my husband likes to eat delicious food. We chose seagull, because after watching a million videos and reviews, we realized that there is no food in Egypt right now, but there is at least something here. While we were choosing, everything went up in price by another 30-40 thousand. Tour 2 adults + child 6 years old for 7 nights bought 239,600 rubles from Biblio Globus. We flew direct from Sheremetyevo for 6 hours by Aeroflot. We were pleasantly surprised by the in-flight service. We didn't count on anything, but in the end, a great plane, all the TVs worked, movies, music, etc., a great breakfast on the plane and all the kids backpacks from Aeroflot with a lot of entertainment. We were dropped off first from the airport, which is nice. Check-in- the room was given first in a new building, 3 beds. We were not satisfied. We went to change it to one large and additional one. I looked at 2 numbers. One is more fun than the other. One goes out onto the roof of the building with the noise of air conditioners, the other without a window in the room, like in a cellar. The reception was impudent, they say you have booked a standard, go and live. Let's go live... in a room with a window to the noise with air conditioning. Meal. Men, you have nothing to eat here, unless of course you are a normal man who likes to eat a piece of meat, and not a vegetarian. The food is mainly a lot of dishes with different vegetables and rolls in their various manifestations. There is nothing to feed a child for breakfast except muesli. At lunch, pizza on the beach and French fries in the same place. We liked the soup for dinner with a lot of white products. It actually has shrimp and octopus in it. All food is provided by the staff. 1-2 tablespoons of food in one hand. There are not enough dishes. There are chronically no glasses, no cups, no spoons to be found. It's better to have lunch on the beach, there's at least something there. In the main restaurant, lunch is generally boring. The sea and the beach. You can say no to fish. The ships stink so much that sometimes there is nothing to breathe in the sea, and in the morning there are black streaks on the sand from their activities. We were worried about the wind and the temperature of the water, as with a child. On our dates, the temperature in the sea was 24 degrees. We were swimming. At first, we walk briskly, but then it's okay. The children are splashing around. On the third day there was a wind, but it was also not critical. There is animation. For both children and adults. I will say separately about the guide, who is our hotel. At a meeting with tourists, he dared to tell our tourist to SHUT UP! Because she was outraged that he dragged the whole group with small children up the stairs to the 4th floor, without an elevator. We exploded! It was very unpleasant! Moreover, instead of apologizing, he said that he had been working in the travel business for 26 years and he had seen a lot of people like us! 1.5 hours of lost time, all for the sake of selling excursions is 2 times more expensive. The territory of the hotel is 5 . Everything is beautiful and well maintained.

We rested at this hotel from 26.10.2023 to 04.11.2023. The territory is not very large, but very beautiful and clean, the sea is very clean, there are 2 reefs on which beautiful fish swim, all with masks swim there, masks are very good for sale on the beach, you can not take with you. We bought a mask for $ 10. Of course, there is a need to bargain everywhere, all traders bend prices on the streets. Yes, what can we say about merchants, if a visa is written at the airport of Hurghada costs $ 25, and for some reason they took $ 27 from us, $ 28 from someone, what prices they want, they say. At the reception, it is better to immediately arrange to be settled in the old hotel building, where the rooms are better and more comfortable, of course, also for money. I think they have the most normal rooms from 80 to 88 rooms, since these rooms can be accessed from both sides of the hotel, both on the pool of the old hotel and on the new one. Right next to the room there is a bar and a swimming pool. Of course, the food is for an amateur, but there was always incomparable beef, turkey, chicken, sausages, they always cook the same fish, apparently the cheapest they have in Hurghada. They also offer to visit the fish restaurant, once per stay, but you can sign up only after 5 days of stay ... I advise you to start signing up as soon as you arrived 🤣 we didn't get there, because the restaurant is open every other day, they record from 9 to 10 o'clock at the beach bar where the reefs are, and at 9 o'clock there is already a queue, I understand they record 15-20 people. And so, in general, everything is fine, the bartenders, the staff, the animators are just great, kind, funny guys.

Для 4 звезд очень понравилось, были 5 дней, абгрейд до великолепного номера без доплат, море шикарное, песок мягкий без камней, вход замечательный, два пляжа, детская площадка отличная с зоопарком , авкапарк, подогреваемый большой бассейн , что даже в пятерках не всегда встречается, проминат города со всеми возможными магазинами, рыбный рынок в шаговой доступности, все очень компактно,цена-качество огонь, если не считать перелет и вишенка на торте это ресторан крутящийся ввиде башенки, мы его тоже посетили, очень достойно, минус это еда, да она однообразная к сожалению все одно и тоже каждый день, если надолго, быстро надоест, но рядом куча кафе и ресторанов, магазинов, голодным не останешься
