Yes, it's a great hotel, but tired. plumbing, furniture, cosmetics - everything needs to be updated. the pool is cool right next to the hotel. the road to the sea is challenging - a very steep descent and ascent, respectively, the beach is small, but there was always enough space. the food is good, but not very varied. We were from 28.06 to 05.07. with two 11-year-old children. I liked everything very much. The hotel is small, the territory is green, clean, 2 swimming pools. The hotel is located on a hill, with a dining terrace offering wonderful views of the sea and mountains.
The beach is small and sandy. The entrance to the sea is gentle and sandy, it is generally important with children and when the sea is stormy it is not scary to break your legs jumping on the waves. In the morning, the sea is calm and the water is clean, after lunch, the wind disperses the waves and algae wash up to the shore and a suspension of sand rises.
The attitude of the staff is friendly to everyone, we are always happy to help.
I will be happy to come back here again!

I was led to a high rating when choosing a hotel, but in fact, in my opinion, the number of stars and points of this hotel is greatly exaggerated. I'll start with a fairly high factor, it's food. Still, this is important on vacation all in the club. And it is the common saying "you will not stay hungry" that is about this hotel. You will find something to eat every day, but it will be plus or minus the same food, since the rest is very questionable in appearance and taste. Usually for breakfast it is eggs, sausage or sausages, vegetables, pancakes, tea/coffee, cereals for children, fruits. The porridge is disgusting. The cheeses are not edible. Soups, some cold sandwiches from yesterday, a mix of corn/beans, an omelet, we don't eat that. Sometimes there are ala potatoes in a rustic way-they are not tasty. Lunch is sometimes soup, but it is not always edible (often very spicy / salty), vegetable salad, French fries / pasta /rice/ grilled vegetables, something meat or fish, fruits, tea, dessert. Dinner is the same as lunch. Some dishes are not edible at all, for example, kebab or cutlets (the worst cutlets from a pack in Russia are tastier). It seems like a lot of things, they always do something on the grill in the evening, you won't stay hungry, but the food will be the same. Drinks are not bad soda, wines, spirits, juices, water, not luxury but fine. At the bar on the way to the beach, the selection of cocktails is larger and tastier (since this bar is shared with a 5-star hotel), at the pool the choice is meager (feel the difference is called). The snack bar is good fries, burgers, nuggets, pizza at the beach bar pasta (not edible) tortillas hot dogs fruits, ice cream cookies, a great option for a snack. The next item is animation. It's very unobtrusive, but for us it's a plus, the evening shows are surprisingly interesting. Then there are swimming pools, a water park (a big name), a territory without claims. The fattest minus for cleaning, including on the beach. There were a lot of places both in the fives and in the apartments without stars, cleaning here is 0 stars, usually I do not care about this item (apparently I have not encountered it before), but here day after day, what was cleaned was not, after cleaning the sand on the floor, which was just smeared on the floor. Before entering the room, too, the whole floor is stained with sticky and so on. As a result, I asked for a rag and a broom, cleaned myself. But no one cleaned the beach, especially not cleaned of brown algae (in the photo I attached black streaks in the water, they are) if the waves then they will be at the very edge of the sea, it is surprising to me that they were not cleaned, it is very unpleasant to swim in them, children are afraid to go in, I like to lie down in shallow water and to get high, and here are these algae. At the reception, I asked several times to clean the beach, pretended that they did not understand what I was talking about, then they said that this was a natural marine environment-enjoy. Well, okay, we are, but next to the five hotel, we have the same beach with them, they also swam in these brown algae, it's not very pleasant. In the days when there were no algae (the current did not bring), swimming was just bliss. And yes, the sun beds begin to occupy early at 6-7, at 10 there will be nothing by the sea, there may be on other tiers, I went out for a run in the morning I occupied the sun beds as well because it is not convenient to lie on the tiers with children. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, far from leydiz beach (but you can walk) and the center, there is only a bus and it goes for 40 minutes, you can roll down a couple of times, but it gets boring, once we returned by taxi faster (since the bus route through the whole city in three rounds). To sum up, there is no desire to return to this hotel, I will not recommend it to my friends. Weak 4, so I will deservedly put 3 stars here.

It's a pity they weren't allowed to play tennis in the otium, and it turned out unexpectedly that dad couldn't go to a restaurant in the same otium for money (there are water slides, it's really difficult to take a place on the beach, and it's noisy there because of the children, they were located on the 3rd level from the water, calmly quiet, not far from the sea. 120 steps from the hotel to the sea did not bother much)) few people speak Russian, everything is decided by a translator.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful place! A small bay, clear sea! The hotel itself is clean and tidy. But somehow everything is not finished, it does not reach five stars. The rooms have everything you need. Cleaning is daily, but very superficial. Food - there is always something to choose from: salads, snacks, soups, fish, meat, poultry, vegetables, fruits, desserts... But there is a huge queue to stand behind all this. Kids club - I rate it a C. A lot of noise, chaos... And as a result, my 4-year-old son walks alone around the hotel. But the children's disco is a good one! But it's very crowded in the season. The pool is large and clean. There is a separate children's mini water park with ice (!) water. And just a small water park. Every morning there is a battle for deck chairs! At eight in the morning, everyone is busy with towels and personal belongings. The animation is good and fun. The animators are active, constantly in sight.

The hotel is good, just for a quiet family holiday. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is cleaned daily, the food is excellent - neither adults nor children will remain hungry. There are two pools, the water is warm in the adult, cool in the children's. It is not a problem to find free sun beds. Going down the steps to the sea is also not a problem. And there are not 200 steps, as they say here. There were fewer steps and we climbed every day with two children (2 years and 6 years old), there were no problems, the climb takes 5-7 minutes (if you go straight to the wreck). I liked everything except the animation. It's the same thing every day, what do animators get paid for here-the question is? In the morning: exercise and rarely play darts with children for 3 minutes, and in the evening a couple of dances of the same with memorized movements. And that's it, although it's still paid, they give children sand to poke for $ 5 and play lotto for 2 euros. That's all their work. I got a four only because of the animators.

A small, quiet, family-run hotel. Not new, but quite cozy. Nice territory. Descent to the sea by stairs, about 150 steps, or a steep descent from the hill. But the beach is located on different levels along the stairs, because it didn't bother much. The only thing is that they don't bother much about the quality of cleaning. Not to say that it was critical, but at first it was catchy. There is enough food, but you need to understand that this is a foursome and the choice of dishes is still limited. We are currently resting in this hotel. Nothing good comes to mind to write. It all started with check-in, we arrived at the hotel at 8 a.m., the keys were given out at exactly 14.00 and then, after my husband came up 3 times and reminded me of himself. We were offered breakfast for 10 euros per person, we are 2 adults and 2 children. Disagreeing, we silently went to a restaurant and had a wonderful breakfast for free and no one even said a word to us. The rooms are ordinary, as we wrote earlier, the air conditioner really lives its own life.The restaurant's premises are very flawed, in a word, the dining room, tables and chairs are metal, the upholstery of the chairs has long faded, the tablecloths are also terrible, the plates are always unwashed, the cutlery had to be wiped before use. For dinner, they cook on the grill, everything is in smoke both outdoors and indoors.The food is normal, even tasty in places, but somehow without a soul, no beautiful decoration for you, no names of dishes...The sea and nature are beautiful, but that's IT. The beach is 100 meters long at most, the sun beds are in 3 rows, also very outdated. The hotel definitely does not reach 4*.There is no sound insulation in the rooms at ALL, the whole evening animation takes place outside until everything is over, you can not even think about sleep. I don't understand where this hotel got a score of 4.6, I always chose based on reviews, but this time I made a big mistake with the choice.

If you want to improve your level of knowledge of the Turkish spoken language, then this is a good place, because not everyone from the service staff even knows English.
Separately, we can say about the nature of these places, it differs from the Antalya coast. Everything is green, there is more vegetation. The sea is wonderful, warm and clean.

We were a family in the period from August 23 to 31, 2022. 4 people, 2 of them children: 5 and 8 years old.
In order:

Not a large area , 4 buildings on 3 floors , in the center there is a swimming pool.There is a children's pool with a play area for children.Next is a bar, an indoor bar, and below is a dining room.
Rooms, grounds, cleaning - 3 points
The beach is not big, but we always found a free sunbed.
The sea is good and clean.
The staff does not know Russian at all, Turkish or English languages.
2. Food: there is no variety like in hotels in Alanya, Kemer (I was there before), but you will not be hungry.
3. Descent to the beach: 130 or so steps, so people of age and health problems only need a shuttle that takes them to a cafe near the beach (but again there will be steps, perhaps no more than 20)
4. The overall impression:
In general, the norms are for the inexperienced, if with needs, then definitely not here!!!
Nearby hotel: Otium , like 5 .You can use their territory, the water park.
But again: nothing is updated in terms of inventory, furniture, or any points in terms of use.

We rested from 29.08 to 08.09 2022. Moscow. A wonderful hotel. Polite staff. Vacationers are mainly from European Countries. The cleanliness is incredible. The rooms are comfortable and large. The sea is a sandy beach. There were always enough sun beds. The food and drinks are just great. I highly recommend THIS HOTEL.

I really liked the hotel. The food is at a height. Daily cleaning service. The service is decent. However, the rooms are noisy, especially in those that overlook the 5* hotel. There is a water park. The beach is shared with the five, the stairs are 145 steps, which is a plus for all-inclusive meals. The Aegean sea is clean and very beautiful, azure near the shore, blue a little further from the shore. I recommend the hotel for a family holiday.

Good hotel, good service. The kitchen is great. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Cleaning is done daily and efficiently. Unfortunately, there is only one pool and because of this it is quite crowded. But the pool is not my topic, because I come to swim in the sea, not in the pool. I liked the access to the sea despite the long staircase going down to the shore. This moment did not bother me at all, because passing physical training is always useful for the body.
But to be honest, this hotel already requires major repairs. I think after the renovation, this hotel will be just a super vacation.

Weather. The first thing I would like to note is the weather that prevails on the west coast of Turkey at this time. If you choose Kusadasi for your vacation in the second half of September, be prepared for the fact that it will be much colder there than in Side, Marmaris, Antalya and other resort cities of Turkey. Starting on September 20, the air temperature in the morning and evening was about + 14 degrees, at night it dropped to +12. In the afternoon from 12 to 16 o'clock it was quite hot, 26-28 degrees and windy, 2 times it was possible to burn badly. The temperature of the Aegean Sea is 23-24 degrees, it does not reduce your legs, but it invigorates well. Rating 3 out of 5
Check-in. We arrived at the hotel at 9 a.m., after a night flight, tired and wanting to eat and lie down to rest. At the reception, we were told that their check-in time was 14 hours and they would not feed us before that time and would not take us to the room without additional charge. When asked how much it would cost, we were told that 20 euros for two are bracelets that will give us the right to go to breakfast, lunch, to the bar + the right to move around the hotel, and 20 euros will cost early check-in at the hotel, a total of 40 euros. It can be said that the first impression of the hotel was spoiled. But, thank God, it was the most unpleasant moment of our vacation.
Rooms. We were given a room on the second floor overlooking the pool. Among the advantages are a large comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe, a desk with a chair (this turned out to be very important for us, since my husband had to work often), a large balcony with a beautiful view of the pool and the sea, a large bathroom. Cons-the air conditioner lived its own life, then it worked, making funny noises, then it just turned off, there was no door in the shower, so every time you washed the floor was flooded with water, a small and poorly functioning refrigerator, very weak WiFi in the rooms. Meal. I've read a lot of reviews where people praise the food at this hotel, saying that everything is delicious and varied. I can't agree. Yes, it's not bad, everything is quite tasty, we haven't been poisoned in 9 days, but it's not diverse. The same fish was grilled for all 9 days, the meat was sometimes changed (chicken wings, turkey thigh fillet, kebab), soups can be considered that there were no soups, the choice of salads was very poor for Turkey (they added incomprehensible blue cabbage to almost all salads), there was enough meat (chicken, turkey, beef, lamb kebabs), side dishes too (rice, French fries, vegetables). In general, you could choose something delicious for yourself, but it can't be called a belly feast. Rating 4 out of 5
Beach. I can call the beach the weakest point of this hotel. Firstly, the beach line itself is narrow and short, the sunbeds on the sand are located right next to each other, the place can only be occupied by coming at 6-7 o'clock in the morning. The situation is saved by the presence of sun beds on the grass, but since the sun appears there only from 12 o'clock, it is cold to stay there until that time. The sea is very clean, but cool, in the morning and evening I do not want to climb at all, because then it will not be warm in the air, so we swam from 12 to 17, while the sun was still warming. There were 3 days when the sea was stormy, it did not affect the water temperature in any way, but it brought a lot of algae. Rating 3 out of 5
Alcohol. I did not think that I would put this in a separate item, but I would like to praise this hotel for the choice of alcohol that it provides for All inclusive. Wine-white, pink, red, light beer, a large selection of cocktails, which are usually paid in hotels-bloody mary, sex on the beach, gin and tonic, blue lagoon, exotic, rum cola-this is just from what I remember. All alcohol is Turkish, you will have to pay extra for foreign alcohol. My husband first wanted to splurge on imported, but in the end he drank Turkish for all 9 days and did not complain :)) Rating 5 out of 5
View. I think the biggest advantage of this hotel is the sea view from anywhere. That's what it's worth coming here for! You can sit outside for lunch and look at the sea, go out on the balcony and see the sea, sit in the hotel bar and admire the sea, work in the lobby and occasionally take a fleeting glance at the sea. Take this hotel off the market!!! Dirt everywhere, complete unsanitary conditions. The rooms smell of sewage, worms from the dampness in the bathroom! Cleaning is one name, just waving rags. There are a lot of cats and dogs in the dining room, you turn away a little and half of the plate is gone. The staff does not speak Russian and practically does not speak English.

I am at the hotel at the moment. My impressions are mixed, and I will immediately make a reservation that many Russian-speaking guests share my opinion. I arrived alone at night with two children, they gave me a room card and that's it!!! They did not explain where to go, nor did they help with my luggage, I wandered with the children at night and felt from the beginning all the charm of the upcoming vacation. The room was not the one that was booked, the children were tired and, accordingly, I put them to bed, postponing everything else until the morning. Then she repeatedly asked us to relocate, she was ready for an additional payment, although it is unclear why, we were initially provided with the wrong number that was stated.I didn't get an answer. No one cares about the word at all. I came up to ask, for example, the way to the sea, because there are no signs anywhere!! and when I was there, the conversation ended and the priority was given to fellow citizens (although they came up later, and this example applies to the restaurant, by the way, and not only. Once again, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that my opinion is in solidarity with the opinion of the guests from the Russian Federation, with whom I communicated here. We are from Belarus, and the whole situation is extremely unpleasant and incomprehensible to me. With all this, I am not some kind of avid critic who comes to look for flaws, if it were so, I would say about the terrible condition of the plumbing and the quality of cleaning, but I came for emotions, and it is a pity that they are versatile. My children are no worse than others, and all loving mothers will agree with me. In general, even up to 4 stars is still far away, I assert, as an experienced head of tourism and hospitality. The biggest huge plus is the amazing sea!

The food is delicious and sufficient, alcohol is poured into glass, and beer is min. 0.3 liters, in plastic 0.5 and all this without unnecessary questions. Preferences for the national set of its own, not its own, were not present yet. The territory is sufficient, you can go to the sea by a ladder or by a gentle descent. The beach is shallow and sandy, but there are level platforms higher than the beach as well as with sunbeds. The rooms are compact but cozy. Animation, entertainment is present, I especially liked the live concerts of covers by local artists, almost every day. Volleyball. Cleaning was done every day in the room. The staff is great. A water park without strong restrictions. I'll go again.

A purely family-type hotel, if you like to walk along the embankment and dance, then you are not here. There is a steep staircase leading to the sea, there is unrealistically little space on the beach itself, you can find it on the tiers above, but there is no sand, and it is relatively far to the sea. It takes 10 minutes to get to the center of Kusadasi, that's the only way to have fun. The rooms are spacious, but there are problems with regulating the water in the shower, sometimes it is difficult to just wash your hair.

The beach was marked with a blue flag during our stay - this is one of the advantages. You can choose any entry into the sea-into the cobblestone-sand or into the algae. The food is good, very tasty tortillas, lots of salads-the second plus. The plates are very dirty, there were chips somewhere. Some cow-like insects were constantly flying on the veranda, they love sausages very much, take care of the children, although if you see him at least once, you will run headlong from him. There was ONE outlet in the room. It was impossible to sleep-they gave a room facing the reception canopy, where cars drove up every morning at 4 a.m., 5 a.m., 7 a.m., etc. Kondey did not work, he had to either suffocate or listen to the "farts" of the buses standing below. There was no hair dryer, no ironing board. We drove and walked to Kusadasi, along the way there are several cool objects. We walked to the outlet for a long time, but it's interesting-through the private suburban sector of wealthy Turks, it's worth looking at how they take care of their plots. There are many interesting shops in the Outlet, including home textiles, cups and so on, I advise you to visit.
In principle, it is normal if you do not sit in the room and walk around the city a lot.

There are no 5☆ there in principle.
Unfortunately, the level there does not meet the requirements of the norm of this 5-star hotel according to many criteria - from the lack of bathroom accessories, which are changed daily, to an imperfectly clean beach, combined with a common, littered garbage.
There are no complaints about the work of the staff - they try. A system of general savings on small things, very inconvenient for a normal person.

You don't know how to ask for basic services. There is only one Russian-speaking guy at the reception, but he does not always happen. And it's so clean, they clean up every day.

A complete disappointment. I do not recommend it!!! The restaurant is a canteen with dirty tables and a lack of tablecloths and napkins! The territory is running. There are dying plants in tubs all around. It's the same outside the hotel. The room stock is tired. The service wants the best. The beach is small, but the entrance is sand. Of the advantages:animation, food is relatively normal, the sea. Not an option for such a lot of money.
