The hotel is located on the first coastline. To the beach, on foot, leisurely - 5 minutes. There are many pharmacies, shops, cafes, massage parlors and other hotels around. The hotel has a lot of Russian-speaking guests. All information in the hotel is in 4 languages (English, Russian, Chinese (or maybe Karelian, since I don't understand hieroglyphs) and Vietnamese). Since the hotel is located in the city, the pool is located on the roof of the hotel (21st floor). There is also a treadmill and an exercise bike (apparently to burn extra calories, which you inevitably gain on vacation). Also, on this floor there is a room with tables and chairs (apparently for friendly gatherings and business meetings). There is a dining room on the 3rd floor. She works from 6:30 to 9:00. Access to the dining room is made using special plastic cards, which are checked by a canteen employee at the entrance. The menu is certainly modest and people who are used to delicacies will be dissatisfied, but you definitely will not stay hungry. There are soups, main courses, salads, salads, seasonings, meat, side dishes, vegetables, fruits, juices, teas. You can order breakfast in advance if you plan an early excursion. You need to inform the reception about this in advance, specifying the number and the time when you plan to pick up breakfast at the reception. You pick him up there in the morning. You can also take beach towels at the reception by signing up for a special magazine.
In the hotel, all towels, bathroom accessories, slippers, which are issued upon arrival, etc., are branded.
The entrance to the room is carried out using a special card, which, when placed in a special slot, includes electrical appliances in the room.
The room has everything you need: air conditioning (which is set up from a special remote control located on the wall near the bed), a safe (with instructions for installing your code), a small refrigerator, a kettle, a telephone for contacting the reception and other rooms (with instructions for use), a mirror, a beauty zone for women. Free water (one bottle per person), which is replenished during cleaning.
There is a special switch in the room to inform the hotel staff about the need for cleaning, as well as a switch that turns off the doorbell and forms - do not disturb.
The bathroom in the room is combined, very spacious (although there is such a feature as a large window between the bathroom and the room, which can be closed with a roll curtain).
The room has a balcony.
Now, about the disadvantages of which I removed one star.
In a hotel with more than half of the Russian-speaking tourists, it would be possible to hire staff with whom you could communicate without the help of a translator on the phone. There is no way to dry things in the room (swimsuits, swimming trunks, etc.). We took hangers from the closet and hung them on the balcony, and neighbors from St. Petersburg got a rope somewhere and built an improvised dryer.
Well, tiny ants were noticed in the room, which did not cause any concern, but still it seems to me they should not have been in the room.
A 4-star hotel. it is located next to the sea, there are many good restaurants nearby.
The staff at the hotel is very nice. the room is clean, but : there are scratches on the furniture, small stains on the towels, but everything is always fresh from the laundry.
The breakfasts are very simple, but you can have breakfast. I don't know about lunches and dinners - they only took breakfasts.
I liked everything. We would have come back!
She arrived on August 26th. I arrived ahead of check-in time, but I was checked in early. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They don't speak Russian, but with the help of a Google translator, they solved all the issues without any problems. There are scales for luggage at the reception. Beach towels are also provided there. The only thing that bothered me was that the passport was taken as a deposit. But everything was returned intact at the eviction. The hotel is not big. There are 6 rooms on each floor. I can't hear the neighbors. I got a room on the 5th floor (21 in total) with a view of the courtyard. At first I was upset that I was not at sea. Later it turned out that it was even good. The sun rises over the sea, therefore it shines all day through the windows if they overlook the sea.You can admire the sea from the 21st floor, where there is a small swimming pool and a relaxation area. I read in the comments that someone is being disturbed by the bell of the Catholic Church, which rings at 5 a.m. You can hear it when the balcony is open, but you can't hear it when it's closed. Although at that time I was no longer sleeping, because I was going to the sea. It takes literally 5 minutes to walk to the sea. Wi-Fi works great. Even on the street next to the hotel. I liked the breakfasts. They are from 6.30 am to 9. Although once I came at 6.20 and they still allowed me to pass. The staff is very friendly. The breakfasts are excellent. Those who write that breakfasts are monotonous surprise me. There was a new dish every day. Chicken and pork in different versions, rice cooked in different ways. French fries, stewed with meat, baked, noodles, fish pieces in batter are very tasty. Crispy pancakes with stuffing, various vegetables and lots of fruits. Watermelon every day. Passion fruit, pitahaya, apples, changed every day.Pho bo soup, scrambled eggs and omelette, boiled vegetables and fresh every day. I took a little bit of everything and ate enough for the whole day. It turned out 2 large plates + a plate of fruit. Coffee, tea, very tasty condensed milk. 2-3 types of juice : strawberry, pineapple, passion fruit. Even in the 5* sanatorium in Kabardinka, where I rested last year, there was no such food for 2 weeks. The only thing is that I didn't like the lunch box. I went on an excursion, they gave me a sandwich-type bun and sliced fruit. When I left early for the airport, I was given a roll with sweet coconut filling and sliced fruit. And a bottle of water. Therefore, you need to take care of breakfast yourself if someone leaves early. The water is changed in the room. To pollute the environment less, water in glass bottles. You leave the empty ones, put the full ones during cleaning. They also replenish coffee bags, there is liquid soap, gel, shampoo, disposable toothbrushes and paste, a comb, a shower cap, cotton swabs in the shower. The inconvenient thing is that the floor of the shower area is not separated from the entire bathroom. But it has ventilation, so that the dampness quickly wears off. There are small ants, so it is better not to keep food in the open in the room. There is a small refrigerator bar. Kettle, cups, hair dryer. The balcony is small, but you need to bring a rope or a skein of linen elastic and clothespins. There are hangers and bathrobes in the closet. There are 2 pairs of slates. The air conditioner works well, you can set the desired temperature, there is a fan. In the evening, I opened the balcony and turned on the fan. The location is very convenient. Nearby there are shops, restaurants, pharmacies, fruit stalls, just around the corner there is a jewelry store with currency exchange. The Plaza Shopping Center at the Winperl Hotel is a 5-minute walk away. I am very pleased with the chosen hotel.
Good day to all!!! The hotel is not bad, the staff are young friendly guys, tourists are mostly Russians and Kazakhs. The rooms are not large, but cozy, in addition to the air conditioning, there is also a floor fan. Towels, soap and soap accessories are also available. There is a small rooftop pool. For breakfast, it is better to come to the opening, if I'm not mistaken, by 7:00, if later, there is a chance that much will no longer be. There was a day in transit from Fukuoka. I probably wouldn't have chosen the second time, we would have looked better.Good luck to everyone.
We just returned from the Siana Hotel, we were here for the first time and I don't want to book this hotel anymore. In general, everything is usual for Nha Trang: bad breakfasts, nowhere to dry clothes after the sea, a small pool on the roofs, poor cleaning, but there was something that impressed me greatly - the first thing is towels! Not once, in 14 days, have we had towels changed to at least a little newer-whiter: always stained, gray, swollen, sometimes changed for a face to the size of a napkin; and secondly, there is not a single hook, hanger, shelf in the bathroom where you could hang towels A bathrobe or something else, the toilet has not been washed even once. Moreover, in this hotel, I have never seen this before, there is a price list, i.e. fines, for items in the room if they are spoiled or "planted" stains on towels and bed linen. At the same time, the bed was always with unwashed stains, clean-ironed, but with stains. I even took pictures of them so that they wouldn't make a claim. This is very unpleasant: the bed is stained and untidy, washed towels and this is the biggest minus for me. There is a safe in the room, but it stands by itself, not bolted to anything. A very short breakfast from 6 to 9 in the morning, you will not be able to sleep heartily, you will come at 0845 they will point to the clock, and you will not find anything to eat / drink. The reception staff was friendly and attentive, they made a second key for a deposit, returned it at check-out; congratulated her husband with a birthday cake and a postcard; brought a bunch of hangers; ordered a minivan to the airport, and for the first time before ordering a car, they showed her photos, agreed whether she would suit us, generally here without complaints. Of course, after being nervous for a couple of days, we adapted to everything, "scored" so to speak. We had a room with an imitation balcony (half a step could hardly be placed) and a view of the sea, floor 20 is the last, with 21 pools.
I didn't like the hotel! Now we are resting here , the location is not convenient , the view from window to window and from the balcony to the buildings , the staff is rude , they meet at the entrance with a stone face , they clean the room for a while , they do not report shower accessories , they can not give towels for two days , offering a discount on the tour , they try to compensate by paying for each step , the food is monotonous , one name is a buffet , I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT !
The location is very good, we lived on the 19th floor. with a side view of the sea. but it doesn't pull on 4*, there has been practically no Internet in the last 4 days, the troika is solid. The breakfasts are decent, but without frills - the Swede. the table is clean and delicious. Good guys at the reception.
Room cleaning wants the best.
Excellent location a cozy hotel with a rooftop pool in the area has everything you need, restrooms, bars, massage, shops and a 5-minute walk to the beach.
Nice new hotel. The room was nice. We asked for a balcony and two separate beds. We were accommodated in a 3-bed room. One bed is very large, the second is a bunk bed. The balcony is small, just go out for a smoke. There is a small swimming pool on the 21st floor, but the water in it is very hot, it will not cool down. The room is cleaned every day with a change of towels. The breakfasts are meager. There is no variety, but you will not stay hungry. The staff is friendly. 5-7 minutes from the sea.
Everything is not bad except the humiliating elevators, which are always dirty + the rooms already need a lot of repair. I won't say that everything is beautiful as in the picture, but it's not the worst either
We are having a rest with friends from 06/12/2023 to 06/22/2023 at the Seana Hotel. We are happy with everything. Firstly, new, good rooms, the room is cleaned every day, towels are changed every day, bottles of drinking water and coffee are left. The staff is very pleasant and friendly, they always smile, the guys from the reception will always come up and open the front door when you leave or enter the hotel. There is a perfectly working Wi-Fi, two elevators, free scales for weighing luggage, towels for the beach. We believe that breakfast is also not bad enough for a 3* hotel, there are always fruits, juices, coffee, fried eggs, soups, vegetables, chicken with vegetables. In the shower, shower gel, shampoo in a disposable package are put out every day, and there are three dressing gowns in a room for three people. We are very satisfied, thanks to the hotel staff.
A good hotel, decent. Clean, cleaned every day. There was always water in the room, because you can't drink water from the tap, it has a specific smell. We lived on the 16th floor, overlooking the sea and the city. The service at the reception is excellent - the guys understood everything and coped well with our requirements, through a translator pravda. There is a motorbike rental at the hotel - you need to contact the boys at the reception and they will take you to your uncle and you can take a bike without a passport deposit. When we went on excursions, we were given sandwiches and fruits. The department offers only breakfast. Breakfast is standard - local dishes - soup, noodles, rice balls, stewed vegetables with meat, local fruits, delicious coffee, juices, various vegetables and scrambled eggs, scramble are prepared when ordering. In general, you will not stay hungry. The air conditioner works perfectly, there is nowhere without it. The card from the room is given one from the room. The bed in the hotel is good, large - the mattress is orthopedic, high and the blanket is large, enough for two even if you lie on different sides of the bed. The pool on the 21st floor is small, but there is enough to refresh, there is no gym - there is a running track and an exercise bike and that's it. The overall impression of the hotel remained good.
Convenient location, despite the fact that the second line. Very clean modern room, has a balcony, excellent staff. Room cleaning every day, quite a decent breakfast. I will be happy to go to this hotel next time. I recommend it!
Not a bad hotel. An inconspicuous entrance from the street, but I liked everything in general. They are cleaned every day, coffee, shampoos are added. The room has bathrobes, slippers, a hairdryer, a kettle and a refrigerator.
Asian breakfast: 2 soups, eggs, various hot dishes, fruits, juices, tea, coffee.
Close to the sea. There are many cafes, minimarkets, massage parlors nearby. There is a swimming pool on the 21st floor.
Nice New hotel, Good location, small pool like in many hotels in Nha Trang, wet cleaning every day, modern design, latest technology, air conditioning is quiet.
I was at the Seana Hotel from 02/16/2023 to 03/02/23. The hotel is nice, not big. The rooms are in good condition. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is not bad, but the choice is small. The rooftop pool is very small and dirty. The location is good and convenient.
Very good-natured staff, daily cleaning, cool rooftop pool. The breakfasts are a bit monotonous and not to our taste, but there are many cafes nearby. The beach and the boardwalk are close. We liked it in Nha Trang. Thanks!

The hotel is good, the location is good. I put 4 only because of the lack of porridge at breakfast. We were also very surprised when 350 tons were demanded from the girl during the eviction .dongs for a broken cup, although she bought a new one to replace it... so be careful with their belongings and dishes. It was lucky that the guide sorted out the situation, and so who leaves the local money before leaving? An unpleasant aftertaste remained....

We stayed at this hotel in June, in general everything is fine, but here are the cons:
1. There are no dryers/towel hooks in the bathroom or on the balcony. Therefore, beach clothes and towels just go out after the bath.
2. When you wash in the bathroom, all the water will pour out on the floor, then you will have to wipe and squeeze out a rag - so-so pleasure.
3. When checking in, there was a dirty toilet and a bathtub. There is no daily cleaning in the room, the maids only tuck in the blanket, sometimes forgetting pillows on the floor or chairs nearby).
4. The do not disturb button does not work, if you have left, then they will come to your room anyway for "cleaning".
5. Breakfast from 6:30 to 9. We do not have enough places for everyone, we have to wait, and then those who do not like to wait will sit at the table with you. Missing: milk, ham (sausage), cheese. Breakfast is probably an Asian format, not a traditional buffet. But at the same time, we did not stay hungry, we just bought our milk and went with it, by 8:30, when the main flow of hungry people subsides.
6. Muddy water with streaks in the pool.
7. The main staff does not speak English.
8. The Internet does not work well in the evening.
9. The hall is in the entrance area to the pool, consists of a bicycle and a track.
And one interesting story, in the mini bar for an additional fee: beer, cola and water. They didn't put beer in our refrigerator and of course they started making claims that we took it. I already offered to pay, but in the end they "believed" us, but the vile aftertaste remained. Therefore, when checking in, immediately check your minibar, if there is something missing, then inform the manager about it.
Positive:
Interior room, location, comfortable bed.
Bottom line:
For a month of living and three different hotels in Nha Trang, this is the worst, I don't recommend it, but if you manage to take it for 17 dollars per night with breakfast, then it's not so bad.
A wonderful hotel, vacationing with my wife and two children, excellent location, very attentive and helpful staff.

We were vacationing here with friends. The hotel is new, well located, there is no noise from the street. The rooms are good, towels were changed every day, and the bed was only on request. The rooms are poorly cleaned, there was always dust under the bed. The staff is friendly, but in no way in Russian, we communicated through an interpreter. The food is monotonous, it doesn't taste very good. When there were a lot of people in the dining room, they did not have time to bring food, they had to wait.
