The hotel is located on the edge of the coastline at the source of the river, and you will have to walk past the pier and boat parking to get to the beach, but this walk will be more pleasant than walking from the second or third line. We took a $100 deposit upon check-in. The staff is friendly, always smiling. I got a room on the third floor with a balcony. The view from the third floor to the sea is magnificent. The room was cleaned every day, bed linen and towels were also changed every day. The breakfasts are varied, as well as a good selection of fruits.
My impressions of the hotel are only positive.

A wonderful hotel!
For some reason, I want to tell the whole story of finding a decent hotel in Patong) After reviewing a bunch of everything in the stone jungle on the 2-3 line from the beach, the lack of a normal hotel at an adequate price was terribly frustrating. And something prompted me to look at 4* hotels in Patong. And here he is, Seaview Patong! The gorgeous territory of the hotel, across the street - the sea! Of course, this is not a beach line, but having breakfast with a view of the sea is incredibly pleasant. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach area. Along the way, I come across a fairly profitable exchange with a good rate, the 7/11 store. And now about the hotel and its service: I repeat, the hotel grounds are gorgeous, which is a rarity in Patong. 2 not small pools, the Wi-Fi is great both in the hotel itself, in the rooms, and outside the hotel, it catches you right away! Yes, the hotel is an old man, the furniture is old, but everything is very clean, everything is working, the bathroom is beautiful, lots of mirrors with good lighting. The bathroom has everything! Shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, toothbrushes, tiny toothpastes, hair dryer, all toiletries. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, dishes, coffee/cream/sugar/water are delivered at every cleaning. There are bathrobes. Towels are changed every day. The towels are fluffy and very nice. The pastel is the whitest, very pleasant! The curtains in the room are blackout. We have a room with a sea view. It's a bit noisy, as there is a road between the hotel and the sea. But it's not scary at all, because in the very heart of Patong there is tin in general. There is also an umbrella in the room, and the most important thing that made me very happy was the presence of a beautiful comfortable bag in the room, because I forgot my own at home! The air conditioner is split, everything is well regulated, there are no problems with it. Beach towels can be changed at least every day. The breakfasts are monotonous, but very tasty! There is always enough of everything, there are plenty of fruits, and the coffee is delicious. The staff is friendly and pleasant, but not boom boom in Russian, of course) but the guys are resourceful, they always have a translator on their phone at hand. To sum up: guys, I heartily recommend this hotel! It seems to be on a party beach, but in a slightly secluded place where you can relax in peace! Even though it's old, it's beautiful! I was looking for copper and found gold!😍😍😍

Great hotel. The room stock is certainly a bit old, but for Ty, this is in the order of things. The beach, cafes, bars, a shop and the famous Malina market are within walking distance. The breakfasts are normal, monotonous, true, but you definitely won't stay hungry. The best Karon beach can be reached by car, moped, in 10 minutes and at a cost of up to 150 baht. And a tip, when leaving, do not forget to remind them about the refund of the deposit, otherwise they themselves do not remember about its refund. Only some foreign guests who can afford to rinse their feet in the pool after walking and the sea are upset, although the faucet for these purposes is located there.

There is no security, and the rowdies were in the hotel and no one fought with them in any way.This is a huge disadvantage
On the coast, fishing boats are constantly on swamp boats, which catch fish and because of this, there is a constant stink near the hotel and on the beach!

I have been staying at this hotel since August 17, 2023. It's not the first time in Phuket, but it's the first time in Patong. It is believed that summer is not the season here. But the rest exceeded my expectations - the sea is calm, there are practically no waves, the water is warm! Relaxation for body and soul! No mud, algae, jellyfish. The coast is clean. It's not scary to swim in the evening - the moon is shining and there is a lot of light from hotels and lanterns.
The hotel is very conveniently located - as if in a bay. The shore is sandy and smooth. For those who can't swim or have flown on vacation with children - that's it!
I walk to the big hypermarket.
I definitely recommend it!!!

Great hotel! The first line! But quietly and calmly. The staff is polite and attentive, the food is very tasty! At breakfast, the chef greets and communicates very cordially. The rooms have huge beds where you sleep like a dead man. Blackout curtains, air conditioning, along with cleaning, drinking water is brought every day. In general, we recommend it!

I want to give advice to those who go to Thailand for the first time, so that they do not repeat our mistakes)) Choose another beach, just not Patong... or in the north of Patong. after the tides, which are 2 times a day, brings algae, all the sand in this greenery... the water is muddy, it stinks. Algae is collected from the sand, but it is physically impossible to do this. There is a port here, even large cruise ships sail. It is certainly interesting to look at them, but swimming in such water is not very pleasant. I've been to other beaches, the same Karon, which is a 10-minute drive from Patong, so it's heaven and earth. The hotel is quite decent, located in the very south and seems to be right on the coastline, but... You can't swim there. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach where you can swim, but I don't recommend it. The hotel staff is trying, smiling. responds to requests. I don't know Russian from the word at all)) We used a translator on the phone. For me, the main thing on vacation is to have a comfortable bed! In this regard, everything is wonderful! The bed is large, the pillows are comfortable. The room has everything for a comfortable life! You won't starve to death for breakfast, but of course there is no abundance.. a set of dishes on duty. It's quite edible. For clarity, I will add photos of Karon and Patong beaches. as they say, feel the difference. And in general, Thailand is a magical country!
And I wanted to add a review about the guide at the hotel from the Pegasus company. Oksana is quite a nice girl)) but... I held the first meeting, had a nice chat, "sold" the excursions to you and forgot about you... it is necessary to believe her words about excursions in one word. Sightseeing in Phuket - you expect an overview of the island, but in fact it's a trip to the shops where they sell all sorts of dietary supplements for a lot of money))) and they wonder how you don't know about them and you don't accept them, but how are you still alive)))

The hotel is great. It is located on Patong beach, at its very edge next to the river. The staff is friendly, polite, ready to go to a meeting. Delicious food. All rooms have balconies, except the rooms on the 1st floor. Rooms on the 1st floor have direct access to the pools. Three pools. There is a gym and a library. It's good to relax with children. The place is secluded, but at the same time 5-10 minutes on foot and you are in the center of Patong. The beach is clean, the water is clean. Fishermen sell freshly caught fish in front of the hotel and offer boat tours to other beaches.

There are a lot of positive emotions from staying at this hotel, I liked everything. It is quiet, cozy, the rooms are cleaned daily, the staff is polite and smiling, they respond to everything in a timely manner! Many thanks to them for this! From the food there is a buffet for breakfast and dinner, there is Thai food, it is insanely spicy, but there is food for our taste, delicious, satisfying, so there is something to choose to eat, mmm)
Take a car and drive around the neighborhood – there is a lot to see. We took a car from Orange car phuket (enter into Google, we booked directly on the Internet), but taxis are expensive, you can't travel much.
And also in the hotel, a very pleasant Thai woman performs Russian songs in the evenings - class! I recommend this hotel to everyone!

Great hotel, clean, across the street is the sea. Very close. Beautiful view from the windows. For breakfast there is a rich assortment of dishes, all kinds of pastries, omelets, porridges, lots of vegetables and fruits, wi-fi is very good at the reception. The hotel is quite up to its 4 stars. Yes, the first line is a myth. It's a five-minute walk to the beach, but for unassuming citizens, you can cross the road and swim at high tide. A hotel of the level of 25 years ago. This is expressed not only in the presence of old furniture, but also in the absence of the right number of sockets in the room for charging phones: it is inconvenient to charge in the bathroom and in the hallway too. There are few cakes for breakfast. They are quickly disassembled (not Turkey). The small towels were not returned anymore. Sometimes there are large ones not immediately after cleaning the room. Once I had to remind them to return clean ones. In general, on the one hand, they smile, they offer iced juice upon arrival, on the other hand, a group of about six people comes into the hotel, and the girl at the reception, as she played on the phone, plays. And no one suggested that you can lie down somewhere, watch TV, go to the library, change clothes before being assigned to the room. You need to ask everything in English. If you go there, then immediately go around everything, find yourself a convenient place to wait until you check in. In the same hall. We didn't see any memos in Russian. Smoking in the corridors and on the balconies is also annoying. The smell does not fade for a long time. The air conditioner is poorly regulated. The safe in the room is not working, but the staff does not steal. Workers are constantly repairing and updating something, but this does not prevent them from resting. The silence is relative, as there is a road under the windows, where bikers ride on their noisy units. And the noise of the air conditioners on the 4th floor is audible especially at night. It will be enough for a B minus. I found only two books in Russian in the library. I added two of my fairy tales for children, "The Adventures of the Mandarin" and "The Tale of the Forest", and the Biography magazine is fresh. Since I knew that we would not have a balcony on the 4th floor, I took two ropes with me from home to hang clothes to dry in the room. I tied them between the lamp on the wall and the partition separating the hallway from the room. Although the chairs can be put on the platform in front of the windows and hang clothes to dry on their backs. So some did. On the first day, water was supplied for only two people. I had to buy it. And there is water in the gym and
where you meet with the guide. For not particularly demanding vacationers, the hotel will do.

The location of the hotel is very good. Away from the hustle and bustle, but at the same time everything is within walking distance. There are very cool beaches within a five-minute drive. The view from the rooms will be 80% of the sea. Good breakfasts. Minus the hotel only for the old rooms, repairs were last done in 2005, but there are no complaints about the staff, they are constantly cleaned, the bed is good.

Very bad!
The beach at the hotel is a garbage dump. If only there were algae, but the water is always muddy, green, and howling is terrible!
The rooms are very old! Furniture, plumbing, everything is on the verge of breakdown. The bathtub was covered in mold, and it was even scary to take a shower.
Breakfasts are scarce! There are a lot of instructions, but in fact there is nothing to eat / there is no fish or meat, only chicken and it has always been spicy. As a result, they only ate scrambled eggs/ omelets.
The pools are small and the water was cold for us. Which is strange. Why couldn't he warm up in any way??!
But the beach (that is, its absence) this is the main disadvantage. Sometimes we walked 40 minutes along to get to normal, but it was useless!
As a result, we took a taxi (with two children less than 400 baht in one direction we did not agree) and went to Karon Beach! There's a fairy tale there! The water is the purest! As a result, if you are not interested in the proximity of Bangla Road (although it is also decent to get to it from the hotel), then just avoid it for that!!
The hotel is definitely not worth the money! The first line is a provocation! Only the stench is more from grief-the sea!

I really liked this hotel. Polite staff, delicious breakfasts. Right on the opposite sea from the beach. They do a great massage very close by. Only in one room the air conditioner was constantly breaking down. They repaired it every day ((( and a cockroach crawled into the room in the morning, but the maids shook the whole room, washed everything. There were no more uninvited guests.
