Unfortunately, the evening dress lady Seda Lady provided us with a very bad service. First of all, he made us quite uncomfortable with his indifferent and disrespectful attitude. From the moment we first entered the store, more than helping us, he acted as if he was uncomfortable with us being there. As a customer, we would like to feel welcome, but Seda Hanım's behavior was the opposite. The evening dress we chose was wrong from beginning to end. First of all, the right body of the model we wanted was not brought. Rehearsals were difficult because of our misdirection about the body. Moreover, there were defects in some parts of the fabric, and when we said this, Seda Hanım showed an attitude of blaming us instead of correcting the situation. Besides, the delivery date of the dress was delayed and it reached our hands much later than the promised time. The worst thing was that Seda Hanım was rude and insulting to us. Even though it was their fault, they acted as if we were causing trouble. They were in an approach that was far from professional and did not know how to treat the customer. During this process, we were subjected to disrespectful words and sarcastic attitudes. It really upset us to have such an experience while shopping for such a special day. We never recommend this store due to both the quality of service and the attitude of the employees.
