Everything is the same in terms of dishes as in any other Turkish restaurant. Turks are generally not fans of variety in food. There are five recipes for the whole country and they even taste about the same everywhere. Therefore, I don't see any point in evaluating Turkish food outlets from a culinary point of view. But what makes them different is the institution itself and the level of service.
The waiters here are wonderful. Nobody speaks Russian, really. However, they are attentive, helpful, and smiling.
But the interior is just beaten with a shashel. There are holes in the floor (without exaggeration), the chairs are not falling apart thanks to the prayers of the staff. Well, etc.
The most wonderful place! Endless recommendation! The service system was very clearly built, quickly, although there was a full landing. We traveled by motorcycle and it turned out to be the first location where it is really delicious from all over Turkey. From the bottom of my heart!!!
