Pizza, coffee, pastries - everything was delicious. We used to take ice cream while passing by, I also liked it.
The interior of the cafe is also pleasant.
We went to eat with my son, and were pleasantly surprised by the children's corner. My son has ASD and ADHD, he doesn't play like his peers and doesn't communicate very well with people, but Grandma Karina (if I remember her name correctly) worked here in the children's corner. She was very attentive, patient, and kind. She sat her son down at a table, offered him an impossible number of games, found something to interest him, and played with him. It's just a talent to immediately find a common language with such a difficult child.

Incident 03/08/25:
Ordered pancakes, having specified the details in advance. When the waiter brought the order, it looked beautiful.
It tasted like a semi-finished product that hadn't even been warmed up properly. The waiter didn't tell me about it, so I wasn't happy. After asking for the bill, I turned to another waiter with a complaint about the taste and without demanding compensation. The waiter left without a word and returned 5 minutes later. Without saying anything about the order/complaint, he held out the terminal. Maybe she didn't say anything another time, but today she demanded that the manager be called. Waiting for the service to be here (in Armenia) not really - at least I'll hear the complaint "Okay, we'll pass it on..".And I was surprised when the receptionist (unfortunately, she didn't ask for the name) listened and said she would figure it out and insisted on a refund for the pancakes.The case when I am sure that I will have a conversation with the staff. I usually encountered a mediocre attitude towards my business in Armenia, but here I was pleasantly surprised.

The kitchen is generally not bad. The lunch menu is good, especially the chicken salad. But the waiters walk around the hall for show. They don't fit until you kick them. They cook for a long time. They lost my order twice. Once completely, the second time I ordered 2 coffees, only one was brought. They forgot about the second one.

We stopped by in the morning to have a snack. In general, it was delicious, they took Asian chicken with rice and broccoli soup, but for some reason the institution counted two menus and one of the dishes at a higher price tag (from another menu), and they just shrugged their hands at all questions. There are big problems with the service, the waiters are slow and inattentive, you can hardly pick them out. In conflict situations, the staff freezes and remains silent. It was very unpleasant for me after the visit.

Delicious coffee, fantastic desserts, delicious dishes and tea. Very nice and cozy, pleasant atmosphere. And there is a play area for children :) We are happy to come back here again and again!!

I don't like the main dishes here. I take the coffee - it's delicious. There is no menu in Russian. The waiters are young, they don't care much about customers, they don't speak good Russian. There are always children in the corner for children, it is very noisy, but it will be good for parents - children are entertained there. You can fence off this area so that the childless can sit quietly
