Today is 11/20/24, our flight is Zvarnots-Min.The water was delayed for 3.5 hours, we sat down in the segafredo cafe, settled on the couch with three children, two children aged 7 and 12 and the eldest 16, did not order anything! An hour later, we were asked to enter into their position and leave the restaurant, since we had not ordered anything, stood and watched us leave ...... of all the occupied tables, they came up to us with the children-OUTRAGEOUSLY, they could not enter into our position, it was not our fault that the flight was so long delayed- I'M FURIOUS with this approach-RUDENESS, and the prices ARE JUST WILD AND THE ATTITUDE IS THE SAME.... I will never visit them again......👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Dear visitors of Zvartnots airport, do not waste your money and nerves on mediocre cuisine and rudeness in this institution. It is better to choose another cafe.
The bartender mixed up the drinks himself and gave me an iced coffee instead of an Extra crown (after the Croissants were served cold at first, and then warmed 3 more times at my request). When I asked for a change, I did not even think that this simple situation would result in such a scandal on the part of the manager, who came up and immediately said in a boorish manner: "girl, do you even understand that because of you we now have to redo the coffee to another guest, it is recorded at my checkout that we gave you the Crown, and that's enough, we won't do anything to you."
Then there was a long dialogue why they don't want to correct their own mistake, I won't list everything, but I was presented with vision problems, mimicry and grimacing. I got my drink, but I was shocked by this level of service, the manager deserves to be fired, only training and trainings will help the bartender and managers at the checkout
