I am currently staying at this hotel and unfortunately I do not share the enthusiastic reviews. I'll start with the fact that I arrived at night on the day when the hotel was already paid for from the 12th day , I was checked into a room, but until the morning , then relocation. The hotel has different categories of standard and superior rooms , according to the ticket from penya standard , they were initially settled in an improved one. If I arrived and the standard was bought from pen , the ticket is already on the way and a room is reserved for me, then why I have to move back and forth is unclear. If there are no available rooms, then give us an improved room for the whole vacation. It's not a vacationer 's problem that the hotel is full. This is the first one. In the superior room, of course, everything is provided , repairs, roll-up curtains for the window , kettle, etc. the standard room looks like a triple room. The renovation is very old .the plumbing is dead , mold and dirt.there are no blackout curtains and watering cans in the shower. I asked to replace the curtains - they refused at the reception . Customer focus is at zero. I rested in other hotels, dark blackout curtains everywhere, the first time such curtains that the sun hits the window and it is impossible to sleep. The food is mediocre , the choice is not very large . Although it is indicated that there is a diet menu and a children 's menu .Wine and alcohol are tasteless , there is no usual mojito .And this is ultra all inclusive - I didn't see any difference from just all inclusive at all. There are large pebbles on the beach , it is inconvenient to enter , there is a pontoon , but it is made of some kind of foam and it shakes strongly , entering it is also inconvenient. What is invariable for Kemer is the sea and the mountains , but this is not the merit of the hotel .

We were in good company in September of the 23rd year. I can't say either good or bad about the hotel. A great hotel for its price, it's strange that it's 4 rooms. In addition to the main restaurant, Wiley, ice cream, tortillas, you will not stay naked. We stayed at this hotel from 8 to 15.05, i.e. we went on holidays, having read a lot of positive reviews about this hotel, I do not know which people and with what prosperity write these reviews?
I'll start with all the good things that this hotel has:
1 beautiful location, close to mountains and a good sea.
2 from the third time we were still given a nice renovated room with panoramic sea views, but I paid extra for it, for 7 days 75 $
3 Well-maintained territory, divided into two parts by a road.
4 a good nightclub, where discos start at 23.00 every day, after the main animation program.
5 a good beach, there were enough sunbeds.
Now, what I didn't like:
1 they didn't cheerfully greet us at the reception, put on bracelets and sent us to breakfast, that was trash from what they saw like a restaurant.... (a terrible canteen, with old unfashionable chairs and tables, and on the street with dirty, stained and old napkins under plates that are still with chips and not particularly clean)
2 food for a weak three, but not for 4+ as many here admire, the soup is not delicious, the fruits are not all ripe, the meat is not tasty, hard, bland and there is almost no choice.....In short, that's ALL for three!!!!!!!
3 Were settled in the oldest room, cramped, that there was nowhere to put 2 suitcases with my daughter, the plumbing was all "from that war", in short, I went to change it with an additional payment. We changed to a newer room, but after spending the night, we realized that it stinks a lot of sewage and had to go with a guide to change the room again, after which we were already given a sea view.
The staff at this hotel is not friendly and not efficient.
There is only tea in the lobby bar and THAT's IT!!!!!!
Alcohol is paid after 23.00!!!!! This is when you consider that we had Ultra all!!!!
From 16 to 19.00, the hotel does not offer any food.
There was no ice cream at all!!!
Entering the sea only from the pier or along the ladder because the bottom is large round and slippery stones.
Drinks in bars are poured either into paper cups or into cloudy disgusting plastic, and even if you ask for glass, they refuse.
In short, it's up to you to decide, but I left home with great satisfaction from this cheap, old hotel with poor food and not a friendly person. We paid for a week, for 3 adults 155t.p.....It's a pity that I ended up in this hotel!!!

We stayed at the hotel at the end of June 2022. It's a very good hotel for your money.
About the settlement:if you arrive before 14:00, be prepared for the fact that you will not be checked in. We arrived at 10:00 and waited clearly until 14:00. However, during the long wait, the room category was increased. They won't leave you hungry while waiting, but they won't give you a Wi-Fi password.

A small and clean pool, there are two slides. There were enough sun beds for everyone, but they had to hunt for a sunbed in the shade or under an umbrella.
The beach is across the street. There are pebbles on the beach, you can't go into the water without a pontoon, it hurts too much. The beach and the sea are clean.
The food is ordinary Turkish, I would say. You won't stay hungry.
Pleasant and helpful bartenders by the pool and on the beach. In general, the staff is pleasant, except for some personalities (a spa employee and a girl with a guy who invite you to buy furs are very intrusive).

Separately about PEGAS. We bought a tour on a Vip yacht from Ramiz's guide, as we did not want to go looking for an excursion outside the territory, and we planned it alone. Mom 65+ was paid for extended insurance. That's what the travel agent said..they say 65 + you need to pay extra for insurance.but there is no doctor at the hotel!!
