Very nice Hotel but Room 406 door could not close ( had problem) and Hot air ventilating system was not heating the room. Maximum of heating set to 30 ( as an number not degree of centigrade) but me and my wife was feeling cold and we were far away from the comfort of warm room.
Other than that location is good, bedding was clean and comfortable, two bathrooms and large badroom and gossip room with kitchen and refrigarator was pleasing. İ would recommend the hotel to anyone who is cleaning their first priority.

Nice hotel with nice staff. A slightly meager breakfast for 5*, but there is a swimming pool outside and a SPA complex included in the price on the lower floors.
Price (!) The quality for Istanbul is definitely 10 points out of 10.

It doesn't pull up to five stars. There are no bathrobes. There are no toothbrushes. If you want to leave this wonderful hotel or enter it on your own two feet, then you will not succeed the first and perhaps not even the second time. The hotel is fenced and all doors are closed. There is one small gate or go through the barrier.
There were two nights at the end of October. It was terribly cold in the room. They tried to turn on the heating system. But it got worse. Repeated appeals have not changed the situation.
The breakfasts are standard Turkish.
We took this hotel as it is not far from the Ulker Arena. It's definitely not worth taking Istanbul for a tour.
Of the advantages, the hotel is new. The photo corresponds to reality. That's where the advantages ended.
Once again, we will definitely not stop there

A good hotel. Comfortable, large and clean rooms. There is a swimming pool and a spa. The staff is polite and always ready to help. Good breakfasts.
It is quite far from the historical center, about an hour depending on the transport.

If you don't smoke, be sure to ask for a non-smoking room.
