The perfect hotel for a family.
There is a lot of entertainment for children (amusement park, water park, etc.)
The beach is clean, the sun beds are always cleaned by the staff. There is also a pier where the bar is located.
There are 7 bars throughout the property.
The lobby of the hotel is cozy. The lobby bar has the most delicious coffee.
The rooms are always clean and cozy. In addition to the main hotel building with rooms, there are two-storey houses closer to the water park, in which there are 4 family rooms on each floor.
The breakfasts are very tasty and you can always watch the hot food being prepared. There is also a restaurant near the beach. You can also book 1 of the 7 restaurants (of different cuisines) in the evening with a view of the sea.
The service is perfect.
The staff is always friendly.

A great hotel for a family holiday. I will note the bungalow separately. It is especially comfortable there. Nearby there are swimming pools, a water park, a restaurant and a bar. Quietly. Comfortably. There are many different locations on the territory. Bars are a stone's throw away anywhere. There are really a lot of them. It is very convenient that the hotel has its own children's club and a small amusement park. Good animation. I will also mark the food separately. It was important to me. The main restaurant was pleasantly surprised by the variety of dishes. There's something new every day. And all the food is delicious. They can cook! Elite alcohol is poured in bars. I just need to say that Jack Daniels is needed. If you do not specify, then they will pour a local one.
Of the disadvantages, I will note only a few tired rooms. But we were at the end of the season and the locals said that the hotel was closing out of season and everything would be updated.

The hotel is ideal for children. This is a children's paradise. We're relaxing now, the sea is cool, but the indoor pool is great. There aren't many people. I like the food, it's varied. The lobby bar is nice. There is always entertainment for children and kids like it. In the evening, a small entertainment program. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the mini bar is refilled. At our request, the beer was removed and juices and water were added. We arrived at the hotel early, at our request right away! They gave me a room with a sea view. It was possible to use all the locations of the hotel at once, too. We have a great rest. The room is very clean, everything is new. There is no noise in the evenings. The hotel guests are friendly, the staff is excellent. Come on, you won't be disappointed. The territory is well maintained, cleanliness is monitored, only the pier is still under repair.

Friends, on 11/5/2024 we stopped at the hotel and the child (17 years old) had a birthday. How did the hotel congratulate you? A bottle of red wine was brought to the child and presented to the room. Is this serious? What does a child need? Just trash! Do you really understand what you are doing or are you trying to please your parents! I have a complete misunderstanding of the whole situation. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that when buying a tour, you were warned through top hotels and a travel agency about others. We were with family and friends in September 2024. I really liked everything and the location, the territory, the staff is trying very hard, the sea is gorgeous, the food is on the level. I liked the children's leisure very much - the children were not bored. We lived in houses by the lake - a separate topic, a relaxation area. A very dirty hotel. We had a rest in early November 2024. Among the advantages: a good large area; many bars with a decent amount of drinks (both alcoholic, but I do not drink them, and non-alcoholic); good varied food; a large beach with a pier. But all this spoils a huge minus in the form of very poor cleaning quality throughout the hotel (in the rooms in the corners there is dirt and dust that is not cleaned at all; plumbing is in terrible condition with plaque and broken, mirrors are streaked and streaked; there is always garbage in the corridors of the hotel; sand, dirt, sticky spots on the elevators mirrors and walls; floors in common areas are streaked and some dried drops, which also no one ever washes or cleans, and much more). Because of this, the sanitary condition of the hotel is in great question.… We traveled in five with two families, lived in two rooms, in the first days everyone was poisoned in turn with vomiting and everything that followed. The child even had to be taken to the hospital from such severe poisoning. (We stayed and ate only on the territory of the hotel). This left a strong negative mark on the vacation.

A family of 2 adults and a child were vacationing. The hotel as a whole left a pleasant impression. The location of the hotel, the beach, the pool, restaurants and bars are all great. Good animation, good evening program. But the reception work is the worst we have ever seen. Unprofessionalism and indifference are the motto of the reception and reception of this hotel. Starting from the meeting and accommodation, ending with an elementary request for a towel for the third person in the room - do not expect that you will receive anything from them except a smile on duty and a promise to solve the problem.The cherry on the cake of their indifference was a request to write a review that we liked everything, and they have been bothering us for the last three days with letters asking us to come to the reception, calls to the room. If you go to this hotel, do not count on the room of the selected category, they will check into a free one, saying the hotel is overcrowded. Towels are at best two sets for three people.

We stayed at this hotel on October 31 - November 8, 2024.
We arrived at the hotel late in the evening, after dinner was over. But the hotel has a night buffet where you can always eat normal food (meat, pasta, vegetables).
The room had a sea view and we were accommodated under the roof, which was not very pleasant. But in the future it is generally normal. The room was centrally located with a magnificent view of the sea, above the main pool.
The room is not very large: one double bed + a single bed. The mattress and pillows are comfortable. The air conditioner is not noisy, the balcony is large enough. But the bathroom is small and at first glance it upset, but then it did not cause inconvenience.
In terms of food: the main restaurant is quite large, but in the morning there is a problem with tea and coffee - they really don't happen and the administration should fix it. The number of dishes is not very large and varied, but there was always something delicious to eat. There were a lot of fruits. There are three a la carte restaurants. We were in Italian and Turkish. The Italian was not impressive, but the Turkish was delicious. Thank you for your help with this guest relation issue (Nadya, if I remember correctly).
There is one large main building on the territory, as well as small houses located along the pools that flow through the territory like a river - a very interesting design. There is also a large water park, next to it there is a buffet.
There is also an amusement park on site where there is a very small carousel, as well as a large swing and a park with cars.
Who cares about vacationers - most of them are Russians, because this hotel, as far as I know, is exclusive to Anex. There are a lot of children of different ages (I liked it because my 12-year-old son immediately found company).
The beach: it's gorgeous! It's sandy and pebbly, and entering the sea is a bit difficult, but due to the pebbles, the water is clean and it's great! it gets deep fast enough. There is a huge beautiful pier from which everyone can jump. There are also many fish near the pier that are happy when you feed them bread. It's especially fun for kids.
But unfortunately, there is also a problem on the beach that I would like to draw the attention of the administration to - insufficient number of sun beds and umbrellas. There really aren't enough of them when the hotel is full! I never take up space on the beach, but I had to do it when I realized that there was no other way.
Food is always available around the clock. There is a coffee shop where they make good coffee.
The lobby bar has imported alcohol.
Overall, I liked the hotel, primarily because of the sea, the pier and the gorgeous sunsets!
We will return there at the end of May 2025.

A family hotel and go there only with children. Going together for peace and relaxation is definitely not this hotel.

A good hotel with a beautiful territory and comfortable conditions for recreation, but with its disadvantages.
Food: The food is delicious, not very diverse (which is especially felt at breakfast), but you definitely won't be hungry. A snack bar is open throughout the day, where you can always have something to eat.
Rooms: As luck would have it, many complain that the refrigerator/air conditioner /shower did not work properly. We were lucky, everything worked in the room, but the furniture was already worn out. We had a room with access to the pool (lake house), so we didn't pay attention to the furniture.
Cleaning: It depends on who cleans, a young guy cleaned half of our vacation, cleaned on average: he will make the bed, change the towels and that's actually all. When a woman came in his place, the quality of cleaning was much better.
Bars: There are many bars, they will pour everywhere, they will serve with a smile. There are no questions here.
Animation: animation is available for both children and adults, nothing special, but you won't get bored if you want.
Sea: access to the sea is convenient, there is a separate pier from where you can jump.
To summarize: The hotel is good, I would recommend it for a trip, but of course it can already be updated, then it would be generally great.

We had a rest with a friend from September 15 to 23 at the hotel. I really liked the hotel, beautiful well-groomed, very clean territory, many places to relax, excellent service in restaurants and bars. It was also very comfortable because the staff speaks Russian. We stayed at the Selectum Family Comfort Hotel in early June, a family of 2 adults and 2 children. I really liked the hotel for its territory, many different locations for recreation, a spacious beach, lots of greenery, wide lawns for relaxing with sun beds and umbrellas. It is better to occupy places on the beach until 8 am, later everything is already occupied. We lived in Lake house, the room was spacious, two-room, with a large balcony, two bathrooms and two showers, a spacious hallway, freshly renovated, cleaned every day perfectly, always wet cleaning, all consumables and a minibar were replenished daily. Its own territory of pools without pandemonium, its own sun beds near each villa. The room was given immediately upon arrival, without additional charges, Nadezhda is a competent employee at the reception, she issued it quickly. At the Guest relationship, the employee Natalia smiles sweetly, but does absolutely nothing to help with any issue). The food is normal, without frills, but there was enough of everything. A very cozy restaurant where Lake house - the assortment is small, but everything is basic, as in the main restaurant. Imported alcohol in the lobby and in the bar where Lake house is located. The sea is beautiful, in early June the water warmed up to 26 °, the beach is clean, constantly cleaned. The rest was great, I would love to come back again.

Hotel. The food is good, without frills, but high-quality, the choice is normal. The room is not large, the main room has a window and a balcony, then a shower and a small room - without a window and a door, behind a curtain. There is zero noise insulation between the rooms. The windows of the main building overlook the pool and the place for evening animation, it can be noisy (at 24.00 the music was turned off). We didn't go to the kids' club. I liked the evening children's shows. There are evening programs for adults too, we liked it. Evening leisure is well organized and for us it compensated for the fact that there is nowhere to leave the hotel. The hotel guides are nice people.
Beach. It's not sand, it's pebbles. It's hard to go into the sea, it's even harder to get out. I bought special shoes there. We always had enough sun beds on the beach, although we came around 11.00-12.00, we could not find sun beds by the pool (but we did not need them). There is a pier on the beach, you can dive. The pool is great, clean. The water park is super, the hotel was completely filled, but there were no queues for the slides. Both children and adults liked it.

In general, everything is fine, everything is (almost) there. But it's not 5 stars. Maximum 3. The staff is very polite and responsive - they tried to solve absolutely any issue that we approached them with (except for one very lazy waiter).
Of the minuses, it was in October, the outdoor pools are already very cold, and accordingly the discount should be more for this time, so we can assume that at this time the hotel has No outdoor pools and No water park.
The children's carousels worked only for a part, the animation is also being cut gradually by the end of the season. The concert program was excellent.
For kids, there are very few toys in the playroom, and there are no changing tables in the toilets - there is only one, near the reception. There is practically nothing to feed - they promised canned food - but it is not worth access, you need to ask the staff every time, and this is three times a day, and it is not a fact that the first waiter who comes across understands you, he starts looking for someone who will understand, then you wait until they bring it. This is not convenient in principle, so after 4 days the canned food is also over. And we rested for 12 days. There are semolina, eggs and kefir left - the choice is not rich, despite the fact that it is undesirable to give eggs to a baby for 10 months every day. And their milk porridges turned out to be somewhat worse than meat and vegetable dishes. They offered to cook, everything we say, but this is also not convenient, three times a day you need to look for someone again, explain, then wait. And it's also not a fact that they cook the way the baby eats. We were cooked a couple of times, but ours did not eat it, it was no longer even convenient to ask. Somehow I couldn't tell the cook that you cook the wrong way. They will add spices to children's soups, then oil, then grass.
We didn't have time to deliver clean dishes - every time we had to ask for a small teaspoon for the child. Or go to the other end of the dining room for a plate. There were often no cups near the coffee and tea machine. By the way, the dishes were poorly washed, you take a plate - it's hot, they just took it out of the dishwasher, but there are dried leftovers on it. Cleanliness in the dining room was severely lacking. Although I can't complain to the staff - they were fussing and doing something all the time. This is a question for the manager - it means there are few staff or it is not properly organized.
We went to an Italian restaurant - this is generally a comedy - they do not remove dirty dishes from the table, in principle, when they brought hot food, they gave it to us, since there was nowhere to put it, Empty salad plates stood in front of us. Well, okay, I think they'll give us the hot stuff now, free their hands and take away the dirty plates, but no, they had to make a pyramid in the center of the table themselves. Alas, this is not a 5-star hotel service.
There were no slippers, bathrobes in the room, periodically when changing towels they did not leave a towel for our feet, the furniture was all crooked, and the repair was already noticeably tired. While making the bed, the pillows lie on the floor, and then straight onto the bed - I saw it myself, by accident. But it is clear where the dusty dirty spots come from.
The water pressure is very good, but half of our vacation there in the evening the hot water was barely warm.
Well, smoking - they smoke everywhere there, both on the beach and in the dining room on the street. The smoke is coming at children, and first of all at the children of smokers, it already seems wild to us.
There were a lot of sunbeds on the beach, if you didn't take them at 9 or earlier, then that's it, sit like that, on the dirty sand with stones. The beach is covered in cigarette butts, although there are urns and they are cleaned several times a day. Where there is sand with stones - when you walk on it - such gray dust flies, as from cement. The entrance to the water is small stones, and there is sand at a depth, and there is sand between the sunbeds and the entrance to the water. It looks like the beach is sandy, but not very comfortable. The territory seems to be large, but it is all built up, there is no place for walking in the park. There are cool pools immediately from the entrance to the three-storey houses, and with that the pool goes with turns between these houses, turns, there are bridges across it. I think it's good when it's not cold.
The air temperature was 27 all our vacation, very comfortable with the baby. And the sea is 24, also quite warm.

I stayed at this hotel from 15.04 to 23.04 everything is just super, a very large territory, many pools, its own aqua park, the buffet is very tasty, the sea is good, you can already swim, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is suitable for two people to relax and it won't be boring with children there, the animators are just super.I also wanted to mention the Administrator, Nadezhda, a very friendly person at the reception, asked for help in the shortest possible time. And the aficionados are also very attentive, I don't know what their names are, but the girl in the hijab was very attentive and friendly. We had a rest in September 24. The best place in recent years of travel. The territory is large, well-maintained, the pools are clean, varied cuisine, evening program, alcohol is good, the staff is friendly, the water park on the territory of the villas is excellent for the hotel. We rented a villa with access to the pool: you can swim at any time of the day. I will note the minus in cleaning the rooms, but we did not have children, so we turned a blind eye to the shortcomings.

There was a break in flights, this year I finally got out. And this hotel is an excellent choice for a family holiday. There are many pools, a water park, the food is beyond praise, very tasty and decent, variety every day, the sea is gorgeous, the beach is gentle, convenient for children, in general, the week flew by like one day. The rooms are also decent, clean, the beds are comfortable, we slept great. The animation team is well done, the children feel comfortable in this hotel and can walk everywhere by themselves, security is at the level.

We arrived on October 2 for 7 nights. The territory is beautiful, the restaurants are cozy. The sea is a fairy tale. The beach- there are pebbles at the entrance to the sea, I'm fine, my spouse was a little sick. The sea approach is not smooth, 3 m and depth. There is a pier, you can dive from it.You will not walk along the beach, as in Cholokly, your feet will stomp in the sand. Food - you won't be hungry, but without frills. My husband did not have enough choice of meat, he was always on the lookout for imported alcohol only in the lobby bar. There was also a swing when checking in. They offered a room in the Watering Cans, but we didn't want to go there. As a result, we sat down on the second floor in a damp, dark room, where it stank of fish when it was fried. We changed the room only on the 3rd day, and then after the spouse said that there would be a scandal now if you did not move. The reception staff is simple... They act like they did us a big favor by letting us come to their hotel🙈For a child of 11 years old, there is no water park and lunopark entertainment, there is no animation for this age. The evening shows are good Now there are a lot of non-Russians in the hotel (Poles, Germans, etc.). We decided not to come back here anymore.

Overall a great hotel. Beautiful and well-groomed territory, full of entertainment for children. A good water park, there is a small amusement park. I really liked the pier on the beach, there are always sun beds. The food is quite decent, there is food 24/7. Wherever you go, you'll find food and booze. One minus, the hotel is very old, redecorated, but I think it will last for a couple of years, since they did not invest money for repairs at all. In general, I recommend the hotel.

We are now with our family in this hotel, everything is fine! We checked in after a week's stay in a city hotel in Alanya, and it was as if we had entered another world! The scent of a luxurious perfume greets you from the reception. Champagne, water and sweets are welcomed in the lobby. Check-in is as fast as possible, friendly. Upgraded the standard to a family room. The room is clean, the cleaning is excellent, all requests are fulfilled immediately. The mini bar was not filled in the afternoon, I went to the reception, everything is done.
From the balcony I admire the fruit trees and views of the pools. A water park from which the child does not get out right behind the house. The buffet is rich and varied, a coffee bar, lots of bars and places for a snack. It's scary to weigh yourself. The beach is wide and well equipped. There are enough sun beds, a cool pier, it is especially comfortable to sunbathe on it. The only drawback is that most vacationers with children like to come in the morning. Apparently they get tired)
