The restaurant really deserves the status of one of the most fashionable restaurants in Astana. I really liked the space, the high ceilings, the interior. The menu is beyond praise. The service is practically without complaints, maybe a little too persistent. My wife has the same impression.

An excellent restaurant in the Astana Ritz.
Prices are significantly more democratic than Moscow and St. Petersburg.
I would single out a steak made from local meat.
The staff also deserves to be mentioned: everything is good both in terms of presentation and interior compositions for photos with a view of Bayterek.

The service is far from good. They forget and don't fit for a long time. I have to call and ask to clean the table.
At the same time, the next table asked for it.
For food, zakos on Moscow cuisine. But as a result, the duck was served with mashed potatoes almost cold.
Also, the menu does not indicate on one page that the service will be enabled. As a result, the receipt contains +10%. For no service. 😓
The interior is good, but if the food and service are bad, then the interiors quickly disappear from sight. In general, the prices are not justified by anything. Michelin would definitely not have been given to them in the near future either. We need to change the staff at least.

It absolutely does not correspond to the name and price. In Moscow, WRF shopping restaurants and selfies in particular offer exceptional service and delicious food. Here, for the same money, inattentive poor service (it is necessary to call, they did not transplant, for a long time) and not tasty food (in Greek, disgusting Feta cheese rubber and hot pepper).
I don't recommend it at all.

We made an order and asked to prepare a dish for the spouse, taking into account the dietary characteristics. They brought the dish without taking into account the comments, told the staff about it, they took the same dish again and just cut off the fat and brought the same dish. After all the above, the restaurant, represented by the administrator, apologized, promised a compliment the next day. They called the room the next day, said they would bring something soon, but they did not bring anything.
We often visit different wrf restaurants, but this is the first time we have encountered such an attitude!
