Plus: Relatively recently renovated. It is clear that they tried. The place is quiet.
I liked the breakfast, but there was no coffee.
Cons: Chinese plumbing. Disgusting quality, pouring out of the heads in the shower from the wrong places. But it glitters, you can't take it away. The toilet drain does not block the water every other time.
In general, I would say not bad. But in my opinion, it does not pull at 22 thousand.

Just super♥️ The rooms are clean, very cozy, the bed linen is snow-white😍 The location is comfortable, quiet and peaceful 👍 The breakfasts are very tasty. But I would like to especially mention the staff, I have not met such kind and helpful people for a long time. From booking to check-out, constant attention, assistance in all matters. For early check-out, an early breakfast was prepared, a friendly atmosphere in every corner of this wonderful hotel. I have stayed at this hotel several times. Everything is always at a high level. The rooms are fresh, clean, with a mini bar. The staff is friendly. There is also a sauna with a swimming pool in the building. After a hard day's work, that's the thing.
The only wish is to diversify the breakfasts. Having the same breakfast for three days in a row is so-so.

Great hotel. A good sleeping place. Spacious rooms. A delicious breakfast that is prepared during your visit to the dining room. The breakfasts are varied. The hotel is close to the city center, near a supermarket, restaurants and cafes. I recommend it!

Nice hotel. Of the advantages:a great wide bed with a soft mattress, bathrobes, slippers, a delicious breakfast. One day we had breakfast in the common room, the second day we ordered in the room - very convenient!!! Of the cons: slow water pressure. And in general - a cozy, small hotel. Like at home.

Everything is beautiful, clean more or less...BUT on the first visit, when we went to find out what was what...the prices were different, but in fact much more expensive...To be more precise, it was stated 6 thousand tenge per hour, we will stay for 3 hours and an hour as a gift...And they tore off 36 thousand tenge....🤦♀️ For what? We won't go there anymore...either they don't explain it the right way, or they just lure you in and then rip you off...There is no ventilation...it's very stuffy in the lounge...I DIDN'T LIKE IT
