The hostel is (in fact) in the Downtown center. Next to the aqueduct and the Selaron staircase (two steps away). Everything would be fine. if it weren't for the homeless and the unsanitary conditions from them. On the eighth floor there is a party (no, not in a negligee) in the evenings, so if you want to relax in silence, you are lower.
