It's a great building, but it needs care and repair. The only architecturally valuable building in Michurinsky. There is a large hall, there used to be a screen and a movie was played, but now, of course, there is nothing of this. There is no grand piano in the hall, only a very old broken piano. The management does not allocate money for DC maintenance, mugs and so on to keep a couple of people on enthusiasm and volunteering. It's a pity that the building is completely empty 95/100% of the time.
