A cozy hotel, we came as part of a large group, and it even seemed that we were sincerely welcome, they even prepared welcome sandwiches for us. We had only one night, but the impression was pleasant. The Swedish breakfast table was varied and delicious. Clean, good, the aftertaste remains good. I removed one star, because in the list of free services there is a sauna that does not work in the sat and open for some reason, and it turned out not to work at all. But in general I recommend the hotel)

A wonderful hotel with excellent Customer service. We helped with booking a room when I didn't have time to book another day (I extended the pleasure, although I wasn't going to :)) I forgot my things - a tripod for shooting - so they called and got through the third time and told me that they could pick it up! Breakfast is included, the room is very cozy, in the evening the sauna is just a fairy tale!! Thank you) I will definitely be back!

Well, not really. The declared sauna did not work - they said that on weekends they had sanitary days, the windows faced the wall of another building closely, everything can be clearly seen through the windows what is happening in the room in another building, since the wall is almost close. When I went into the room, unused shampoo was lying on the floor, toilet paper was missing altogether, hot, provided. I asked the reception where it was better to go for a snack, and they sent me to a teenager's cafe in your glove factory, it seems to be called "On the Right". Today, the children were sitting and there were sandwiches on the menu. As if I were 44 and it is clear that I would have sat in a more presentable place

We are staying here for the second time. Excellent location, it's a very short walk to Sovetskaya Square. The rooms are clean, the staff is polite. Hearty breakfasts, there is a small enclosed parking lot. We are pleased that we chose this hotel during our visit to Grodno.

A good hotel, large, beautiful rooms, good breakfasts, friendly staff. Excellent sauna with a swimming pool.
There are also small disadvantages, there is no elevator in one wing, and hiking with suitcases to the 4th floor or just from the mouth;) not a great pleasure.
There is one cooler and it is located on the 1st floor at the reception, i.e. see the paragraph above.
But otherwise, everything is really good)

Nice hotel, clean rooms. Helpful staff, ready to help, quite a varied breakfast. There is a private parking. The blankets were heavy in weight - I didn't like it.
The central street is within walking distance - 10 minutes. The train station is nearby.

A stunning hotel from the ancient Belarusian entrepreneur Stanislav Semashko. The hotel gave the impression of being very European, where service is at the top. Thanks to the admins, chefs with waiters and the guard - they created a homely atmosphere and a great mood. By the way, breakfast and lunch are 10/10. I boldly recommend it!
PS. The city itself was not very surprised, because it is not cycling.

There are no advantages. Cons- there was no heated towel rail in room 50, I had to wipe myself wet, the fan in the bathroom did not work, the floors in the room were on three levels, I had to constantly look at the wall so as not to stumble. The room is located on the roof. The breakfasts are disgusting, the sauna complex did not work, but they took a fee for it. The tea station was located on the bedside table. The room does not correspond to the junior suite class. The administrator Margarita did not react to the comments that were revealed. The room was not cleaned in our absence.

There is no elevator, or rather, not all rooms can be reached by elevator, but they will help carry things. There was a threshold in my room and it's fucking bad, because especially at night you stumble and fall. It is quite possible to earn a dislocation. The shower room is excellent, clean, the furniture is good, the towels and linen are very nice. Shampoo and shower gel are good. The hair dryer is not very convenient, but these are small things. There is a safe, a shoe spoon, a sewing kit.

Clean, cozy. We had a room of 40 sq.m. on the top floor, quite spacious. Do not forget to take swimming trunks and slippers, you can go to the sauna for free. The breakfasts are delicious, coffee beans are brewed, and the dishes are quite varied. Not far from the center and the railway station, very close to the bus station. A quiet, peaceful street.

We stayed one night, but it was enough for the hotel to leave a pleasant impression.
It all started with check-in, the staff was on top, they gathered us in the lobby, congratulated us on arrival and wished us a good time, a pleasant surprise awaited on the table: a little local drink and sandwiches.
Check-in is quick, as everything was prepared in advance.
The rooms are better to see than to retell: modern, comfortable and large. My wife and I have 2 large double beds. A nice bonus is a balcony with a view of the old town.
Location - the outskirts of the city center, a quiet street.
Breakfast at a local cafe - no fuss, traditional set, everything is fresh, delicious,

Everything seems to be fine, but. More precisely, so: BUT! The insanely dirty palace in room 32, huge stains just hurt the eye. This alone spoils the whole pleasant at first glance impression. And such a nuance: toilet paper suddenly ran out. A clear conclusion for me is that the room service is clearly lame, and this is sad. Because otherwise, it's pretty good.

In general, everything is OK. There is a parking lot outside the gate, albeit a small one. The center can be reached on foot. Breakfast buffet - there are delicious dishes. The service is pleasant. But the price-quality ratio... The room is too small for that kind of money. Usually you pay less for such rooms.

I would like to note that this hotel in terms of price / quality ratio is one of the best hotels where I had to stay. Delicious and varied breakfasts, especially I would like to highlight very tasty pancakes. The price also includes a sauna and a swimming pool, which was nice to find out in the evening after a busy day. Convenient location, located in the center, near a coffee shop, grocery store, fast food.
