Great place, nice apartment. We could not book for the required dates before arrival. We stayed first in a private apartment on Sovetskaya 7.It's just creepy, a sleepless night, smells, screams and screams under the windows - and then, fortunately, there were free apartments in Semashko. They spat on the paid one more night and fled to civilization. They came to meet us and immediately settled in. Silence, civilization, delicious breakfast, excellent coffee, close to all the sights, its own Parking, a wonderful restaurant and all in one place.

In the same building there is a Lamb restaurant, delicious, beautiful, atmospheric, but there are also disadvantages - closer to 12 at night, two knights, apparently from Grodno, found out who called whom to fight and whether it was possible for an opponent to hit another in the face with a glove; the fight, however, did not last long, although it was preceded by a long selected verse not by himself high style. I still didn't understand who engaged whom, but it didn't prevent me from falling asleep.

Рекомендую!!! Проживание в отеле прошло очень хорошо. Жили в апартаментах стандарт. Номер просторный, кровать удобная, кухня, посуда, микроволновка, холодильник. Единственный минус шумный кондиционер, но тоже приспособились. Завтраки хорошие ( каша, творог, йогурт, сосиски и колбаски, омлет, зелень). Кофе из кофе машины. Вообщем все хорошо. Спасибо отелю за прекрасный отдых в прекрасном городе.

Плюсы: Гостиница в самом центре города, рядом красивый парк, все достопримечательности и рестораны в шаговой доступности . Завтраки хорошие, вам приготовят яичницу на заказ, блины разные, творог домашний, кофе из автомата, но хороший. Номер большой, уютный! Грамотно расположена кухня.
Минусы: ванная комната очень маленькая, из душа вода , как не прижимайся к противоположному углу, заливает пол почти во всей ванной комнаты, в ней нет вентиляции, запотевает не только зеркало … Нам не повезло, шли ремонтные работы перед отелем. Окна выходили в противоположную сторону, но каждое утро в 8 утра перфоратор будил даже при закрытых окнах, и в субботу такая же история . Церковный бой часов каждые 15 минут был незначителен по сравнению со звуками стройки.

We spent 2.5 days in the apartment. Upon arrival, we warned that we might have to leave earlier. They offered to pay for 2 days and then pay extra if we decide to stay late. But the receptionist said that payment can be made at the end of the stay. At the same time, no conditions were announced to us.
When at 17.50 the day before the end of the reservation we went to the reception to make the calculation and warn that we were leaving in an hour, we were told that they would take the full cost for the previous day. It turned out that it was necessary to warn about early departure a day in advance (we warned about this possibility on the day of arrival, but no one told us about the fact that it was necessary to warn us a day in advance) and it was necessary to vacate the room before 18.00 in order to arrange a late check-out. Nobody said anything about it either! Actually, we were ready to vacate the room at 6.15 pm, but the receptionist Vitalina said that they had strict rules... As a result, I was charged the FULL cost per day for 2 people including breakfast : (!
Everything would be fine if they had warned us about their rules when we stopped by, I would have made my plans differently and by 18.00 we would, of course, have vacated the room and warned us a day in advance. Information about such conditions is not provided on the website.
In general, the apartments are nice, but we would never book them anymore and we would not recommend room 404 to others for sure. The price is very high even for Minsk compared to the quality and in our 404 room you can get a concussion.

=the room is tiny, not 30 meters as indicated on the website, there is no such number in the photo of the room stock;
=there are no bathrobes!

=breakfast the Swedish table is average, in my opinion. It was difficult for us to choose food from the presented assortment: we did not like that one type of porridge, 1 type of black tea and that one is very strange, the rest with shock absorbers, toast and Borodinsky bread, snacks and salads with mayonnaise, pancakes -1 type, fried in oil and with filling.. One of the types of slicing was with a stale smell. If you have a dietary diet, it is better to give up breakfast at the hotel and look for something else, BUT!!! it turned out that breakfast cannot be excluded from the price!

Видовой номер на площадь красивый и просторный,удобная кровать ,есть халаты тапочки вода,чисто,есть балкон.Нооо под номером находится помещения где проводятся свадьбы и т.д до 11 часов в номере слышна громкая музыка и ведущий, как будто все мероприятие происходит в номере потом еще 1,5 часа двигается мебель потому что с утра там будет проходить завтрак.в 8 часов утра позвонила администратор отеля и попросила переставить машину так как день города и просит ГАИ ,но не сказав что заехав во двор до начала следующего дня от туда выехать не получиться потому что центр перекроют.Хорошо инспектор стоял и сказал,пришлось искать место через 3 улицы .Почистите и заправьте кондиционер и сообщайте о неудобствах ожидающих гостей заранее.

We spent 2.5 days at the Semashko Apart Hotel, room 404.
The reservation was from 08/26 to 30.08.

We warned about this possibility on the day of arrival, but no one told us that we also need to be warned a day in advance. And late check-out is strictly before 18 o'clock. Also, no one said anything about it. We were ready to vacate the room at 6.15 pm, but the receptionist, Vitalina, said that they had strict rules..
As a result, I was charged for 3 full days for 2 people, including breakfast, which is an inseparable service, although it does not relate to accommodation!
Now about the rest of the hotel, I'll try not to get emotional.
In general, the apartments look nice, but the price of our room is significantly overpriced even compared to Minsk.

The daughter is 160 cm tall. She hit her head hard several times!! when I went to bed and got out of bed. I told the administrator about it, she lowered her eyes and said, yes, there is a low attic.. that's it.
=The size of the room in this category is 30 meters, but the size of this room, according to the administration, is 29.9 meters, including a huge bathroom, the living room is tiny. There is no such room in any photo of the hotel's room stock, all rooms are larger.

The shower itself is a hole in the floor separated from the toilet by a transparent wall and that's it! The cabin does not close, it blows from the transom. The floor is very slippery, especially in hotel slippers. Well, if someone is in the shower, you don't go to the toilet..

= breakfast is a buffet, average in my opinion.
It was difficult for my daughter and me to choose food from the presented assortment. I didn't like that one day the slicing had a stale smell, bread was only toast and Borodino, black tea was one kind and tasted very strange, bitter, the rest of the tea with odorants, snacks with mayonnaise, 1 type of porridge, pancakes 1 type - fried in oil with filling. Cups WITHOUT saucers, small things, but it is not aesthetically pleasing and dangerous to carry hot tea.
If you have a diet diet, then this breakfast is not for you, but you cannot exclude it from the room rate!
The hotel is outwardly pompous, but the attitude towards the guests is apparently very different. If you are not a famous person, I recommend that you pay attention to other hotels nearby. The administration did not even apologize for the fact that the daughter in this hotel almost got a concussion!
The hotel spoiled the impression of the city of Grodno. I will not recommend it, even despite its external attractiveness and good location.
From this hotel we moved to Minsk for 1 night to a much more modest-looking hotel of the same category. The breakfasts were super delicious, with a decent selection, fresh and included in the price at the request of the guest.

An excellent hotel with a sufficient selection of many things necessary for a traveler in Belarus. Clean, comfortable, cozy, quiet. Location in the historical center of the city, its own Parking. The room (business standard) is large and bright, sound insulation is good, no loud refrigerators and water noise from neighbors. If anything is heard, it is the knocking of doors from the common corridor, but this is nothing. The bed is comfortable, the bed linen is clean, it is comfortable to sleep. The bathroom has all the necessary accessories, the water pressure is perfect. The buffet breakfast is quite tasty and satisfying (although everything here depends on taste preferences and the amount consumed by each guest). We had enough and liked everything.

Прекрасный отель в самом сердце Гродно! Все достопримечательности рядом. Из окна нашего номера открывался шикарный вид на собор святого Франциска Ксаверия (Фарный Костёл). Мы бронировали апартаменты. Всё очень стильно и уютно в номере, на кухне было всё необходимое для готовки и уборки, а также соль, перец, сахар, чай и кофе. Всё свежее и чистое. Хорошее постельное бельё, есть меню подушек - советую им воспользоваться до сна. Лично для меня был жестковат матрас.
Завтраки в отеле достаточно разнообразны, по желанию могут сварить кашу или пожарить яичницу.
Особенно хотелось бы выделить работу персонала - девушки на ресепшен очень приветливы, помогли оперативно решить проблему с трансфером. Все вопросы и пожелания решались мгновенно. Мы чувствовали себя как желанные и дорогие гости. Большое спасибо!

They did not warn that music would be playing loudly under the windows in the club until 2 a.m. It is impossible to fall asleep. Although, the hotel staff knew that we needed a quiet room, they indicated this in the Booking Request, in the Wishes. They say: "The city center, we can't do anything about it." For serious family people, I think this hotel is not suitable. I chose the most expensive hotel in the city, as a result, I'm not sleeping all day at the wheel tomorrow.
It's probably quiet here on weekdays. And so, the room is clean, large, well renovated, the breakfast is delicious. Thank you.
But, because of the "musical noise" under the windows at night, next time we will choose a Hotel away from the city center.

Шикарный отель в самом центре города. Отель новенький, чистенький. Номер просторный, есть кухонная зона. Все продуманно до мелочей. Удобная кровать, белоснежное белье, полотенца пушистые, не застиранные. Завтрак - шведский стол, есть и каша, и блинчики, и омлет. Даже арбузом с дыней побаловали. Замечательный отель. Всем рекомендую!

We stayed for two days and the shift of the administrator + the doorman of course changed. So if on the day of arrival and the receptionist was a friendly, attentive, pleasant girl and the doorman, who even in the middle of the night when they went out, got up from his chair and still tried, if he did not have time to open the door, then at least greeted. So on the second day... This was a nasty young man who fawned only with those who were clearly the leadership, did not bother to open the door even seeing the guests leaving with their hands busy with bags, did not consider it necessary to lift his ass from the chair if guests were passing. So there was something to compare it with. An insignificant moment, but somewhat unpleasant on the 5th floor of the room (I did not look at the others) there is a gap under the door into which it does not matter that sound permeability is better, but also light - it is well determined whether someone is in the room or not, this small but unpleasant fact does not give a feeling of comfort. However, these are the only disadvantages and not so significant that it would spoil the overall impression of the hotel, the staff as a whole and the city.

Очень стильный отель в самом центре Гродно. Благодаря хорошему расположению удобно пешком обойти и осмотреть все достопримечательности. В номере чисто, и есть все душевые принадлежности. Окна на тихий внутренний двор. При отеле есть бесплатная парковка. Также были в восторге от завтрака (шведский стол, но совсем не банальный). Персонал вежливый и приветливый.

The Semashko Hotel left us with only positive impressions. We stayed for two nights. The hotel offers a good selection of buffet breakfasts. There is parking behind a barrier under surveillance cameras, so you don't have to worry about your property if you travel by car.The staff was friendly and helpful, which created a pleasant atmosphere from the very beginning.
The hotel's facilities are also at their best: the rooms are clean and cozy, there is Wi-Fi, which worked without interruption, and the necessary amenities in the room.
The location of the hotel is also a huge plus. It is located in the city center, which allows easy access to the main attractions. There are many cafes and restaurants in the surrounding area where you can taste local cuisine.

Замечательный отель. Всё удобно. Проживала в Двухместные апартаменты Стандарт Бизнес (двуспальная кровать). Обратите внимание, что есть ещё Двухместный номер Стандарт Бизнес (двуспальная кровать), его цена чуть меньше, но по своим характеристикам он ощутимо уступает апартаментам. Есть камера хранения, где можно оставить вещи. Для информации стоит иметь в виду, что в номерах с окнами, выходящими на костел, будет также вид на тюрьму, находящуюся напротив (оттуда временами раздается громкий лай собак).

I wanted to give a high rating, even though my windows faced a blank brick wall, and there was a smoking area under the windows! BUT on the last day of my stay, a very unpleasant incident occurred for me. I always put a "DO NOT disturb" sign on the door, because I don't like people to clean my place. The sign was hanging, however, there was cleaning in my absence. This is unacceptable and inexplicable in general! disrespect.
There is also one more comment on the organization of breakfasts. The dishes on the buffet are arranged in such a way that some have to be reached through another open meal. And how many sleeves, hair, dust, etc. will be there?? It is desirable that everything is covered, and that there is no need to stretch! there are no complaints about the range and quality of food.
